cryptsy preety much killed the price for now - but thats normal with coisn entering it.

I agree.. the people dumping are just losing out. And anyone that wants to get some extra LGD can buy them up cheaper than you can mine.
I am also buying and holding.
Note:
With the current low Hash rate of 626MH/s on the network the base mining value of LGD is 0.000476317 BTC and that is with very little miners.
When more miners get interested or a pool gets on the value goes even higher.

Not sure why after every wallet update I get an index error (Both Linux and Windows) and have to delete the blockchain and then do a repairwallet.
This process is working, but as the blockchain gets bigger, it will be an even bigger pain. Also, I don't have the same issue with any other AltCoin wallet.
Is something going on with each update that affects the index?

Please remember when sending Cryptsy any emails or tickets that you post a polite and accurate request. Just yelling and cursing at them does nothing more than hurt us all in the long run.

Restored the backup legendarycoind file and worked again.
Do I need to delete the blockchain and resync?

Are you recompiling or running the static download ? if recompiling are you running a clean first ?
I am following the same steps as all the other updates (Always worked in the past).
cd ~/legendarycoin
git pull
cd ~/legendarycoin/src
$ make -f makefile.unix
Then backup old coind
cd /usr/bin
sudo rm legendarycoind.backup
/usr/bin/legendarycoind stop
sudo cp ./legendarycoind ./legendarycoind.backup
sudo rm ./legendarycoind
Then copy the new compiled version:
sudo cp ~/legendarycoin/src/legendarycoind .
#ps -A (Find legendarycoind PID and kill it)
#kill xxxx
Then Restart coind:
/usr/bin/legendarycoind
(green) is a less brutal way of dealing with the client. this still should not cause your issue.
Yes you need to re-download the chain, Also run another pull as we updated the checkpoint key.
This was an issue where adding a new POS checkpoint after POW checkpoints were added.
This will also apply to all people updating to the new client.
Backup Wallet
Close LegendaryCoin
delete LegendaryCoin directory in Users/YOURNAME/AppData/
Re-Run LegendaryCoin and restore your wallet
It will take aprox 5-10 mins to redownload the chain.
