At the present time we have only one problem to solve. We need sales. Some members of the team that suppose to be in charge of sales and tech  let us down. We had some problems with technology but all seems to be solved.
We made several types of projects and sending samples over the country, but no sales so far. Special website of the factory with promotion materials would be live soon (zrfactory.ru). If you help us with sale would be great.

The current status of the ZrCoin project.

The CoVid-19 epidemic has made its negative contribution to the work of all Russian enterprises, including ours. Logistics disruptions, an unstable work schedule throughout the year, problems of the economic viability of a number of counterparties in a new and extreme business environment. All this led to a number of problems, in particular, unpredictable interruptions in raw materials and unpredictable problems with the sale of our products. Most of our employees have been transferred to a remote work mode due to the requirements of the authorities. But we do not stop and continue to work in these difficult conditions.

Some of the technological errors that were made by the developers during the formation of the technology were revealed In the process of launching production, as a result of which it was necessary to refine and modify the technology. In order to solve this problem, cooperation with a number of specialists was terminated, new staff and external consultants were attracted and our equipment was upgraded. Our team has conducted extensive research on the use of equipment to solve alternative technological problems. Positive test results were obtained for planned and new products. The research processes were difficult and took longer than usual, as due to the limitations associated with the epidemic, most laboratories and institutes operate in a limited mode.

Despite the aforementioned difficulties and delays at the moment, our team has developed a package of technological solutions, and a plan for the formation of a portfolio of contracts is being implemented. In collaboration with customers, a number of industrial tests are carried out in order to integrate our products into existing production chains as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, this work also cannot be conducted within the usual terms for this process, including due to the remote operations mode of enterprises/consumers employees.

Certainly, in view of the relevance of the usage of our products, we will overcome all objective difficulties. And we will form a package of contracts that will allow us to get the expected profits from our production in the near future.

Current status update 15.05.2020

1. The local authorities still did not give us permission to start working.
2. Most of our potential buyers are still closed or not ready yet to do any meetings and new products testing.
3. We do some scientific work, new product development.
4.  We do not expect anything will change this month, as COVID-19 is still  a big problem in Russia.
5.  I feel that some factories will not survive after this crisis, but our company will survive 100%.

Current project status :
Production team is making different types of products and making our recycling technology more efficient.
Sales team is offering different types of product to potential buyers. Some buyers are testing our products. It takes time for testing as our products are not standard. So far we do not have any contracts signed but we are working on it .
Current corona virus problem is not helping.
Team is working hard. We will keep you informed as soon as we have some valuable information.

Отдел продаж предлагает различные виды продукции для потенциальных покупателей. Покупатели уже тестируют нашу продукцию. На тестирование уходит время, так как наши продукты не являются стандартными. Пока у нас нет подписанных контрактов, но мы работаем над этим.

В настоящее время все арбитражные дела рассматриваемые в суде возникли из-за недобросовестного исполнения своих обязательств нашим подрядчиком (что привело его к банкротству). Сумма иска к подрядчику значительно превышает все предъявляемые нам требования. Иск в отношении подрядчика нами выигран и оставлен без изменения судом апелляционной инстанции.
Рассматривать доходность компании на стадии запуска производства, а тем более на основании только лишь задекларированных данных, преждевременно и некорректно. Команда делает все возможное для скорейшего запуска производства основной продукции и выхода на полную производственную мощность

Поздравляем всех с наступающим Новым годом и Рождеством! За этот год мы достроили и запустили завод ZrCoin.  Подключили электричество, провели газ, подключили котельную, построили основной и пожарный водопровод, организовали дороги и въездные группы, провели настройку и пуско-наладку оборудования. Мы собрали молодой и профессиональный коллектив рабочих цехов, которые ответственно выполняют свои обязанности. Наша команда отработала разные режимы переработки бакорового лома с использованием авторской инновационной технологии.  Наши технологи провели переработку ломов с разными минеральными составами и вывели оптимальную технокарту для получения оптимального концентрата диоксида циркония, подходящего разным потребителям. В процессе пуско-наладки произвели доработку и модернизацию оборудования.  Разослали продукцию полученную в рамках опытно-промышленных партий разным потребителям для тестов.  Заключаем контракты и готовимся к промышленным поставкам нашей продукции по всей России.  Технология переработки используемая на заводе ZrCoin экологически чистая и безотходная.
