To answer your question as per my experience(and confirmed by their support FAQs) the minimum for trading is 0.01 BTC per order. It is much higher than most other altcoin exchanges which means that you might want to find somewhere else to exchange if you have a smaller amount.
For all the other altcoins apart from BTC, the minimum order size is 0.1 of whichever coin you are trading in.

same problem here. site writes this message: "Access denied." I am sending you screenshot in personal message. i hope you can fix it.
now it is working fine for me. i normally claimed satoshi. i hope message "Access denied." won't show again.

Guys don't waste your time doing faucets.. Join signature campaigns (I recommend bitdice sig campaign) or translation campaign
