Many investors waiting while the main network will be launched. They don't care what SONM already had achieved. The working product - that's what's important to them.
And If there won't be a big problems after mainnet, we should see a lot of FOMOers.

It will probably dump after the mainnet becomes live. The greater crypto market is very bearish right now and dumping near bottoms. Nervous SONM whales are aiming to sell right after the launch.
Sod that! We still aren't in the top 100 in coin market cap yet.
When SONM is on page one more people will notice and I expect we'll move to top 50 fairly quickly.

SONM doesn't need to be list on more exchange, it's already on the biggest exchange right now which is Binance, what the team needs to do is keep working and releasing more update. The price is -50% since Consensus.

Yeah this kind of news would have made the price up if we were in a bull market but now this is so bearish everyone is expecting to see bitcoin at sub 3k
I first time hear this news everyone is waiting to see bitcoin at 3k level if this could happen than how bad this will be for the whole ecosystem. But I think there is very smart chance to drop under 6k with current support.

Private blockchain and Masternodes. Working on SONM blockchain we have some tasks, that must be performed in a trusted way out of the chain. First of such tasks is implementing a gatekeeper node to allow token transfer between Ethereum masterchain and SONM sidechain. Another would be running the PoA/PoS mining nodes. Building a decentralized system was always a priority for us, so a decentralized approach to this tasks is implementing a Masternodes, using SNM in a proof-of-stake fashion.
We will first implement a Masternodes for gatekeeping functions, to enable SNM token transfer between Ethereum and SONM blockchain. Establishing the Masternode would require holding a decent amount of SNM tokens, yet the exact value and conditions are being estimated.
Running the Masternode will benefit an owner the more SNM tokens hes got, the better. We are going to implement Proof-of-Stake consensus algorithm to provide proportional sharing of profits between the owners of the master nodes.

and Binance have not said anything.
That was the old fork date. The fork was postponed to give the team more time to liaise with exchanges.
