I have been following their developments for almost a year now and I would vouch for it any day.

It is normal. People will only buy when KMD will be trading above 10$. Especially the avg Joe who does not understand the tech.
If the market were closely following the tech..we would be anywhere between 50-60$ atm.
Those who have already bought sub 10$..they know they are among the early investors and will not liquidate. This is clearly visible from the low trading volumes.

What about creating a KMD fundraiser for covering the listing fee on say...Kraken exchange?
I think mass adoption is what we are lacking. And KMD on Kraken means access to an existing, large customer base.
I am not sure about the costs..but I feel around a million $ is reasonable, as it opens KMD to the large user base, serves as an advertisement, and joins the pool of the few listed coins of Kraken.
The idea is not to get listed on yet another exchange but to disseminate info about KMD and its platform. Rather than short bursts of hype.

Good to KMD on larger exchanges. This should help welcome fresh demand.

Should there be a need to trust a NN candidate and their promises/commitments?

I would like to vote for those who have in place a trustless smart contract that would be executed based on the candidates promises depending on different outcomes; for instance, KMD price fluctuations.

If not, how different are NN elections when compared to a government's democratic election and false promises given out by political candidates.

Perhaps a better option is to spread out the dICO over that week. So as to not change the date as well as benefit from the fork.

On the contrary, it will also give ample margin to the developers to make the dICO as smooth as possible.
Since it is the first dICO ever, one should maximize the opportunity of the fundraiser, so as to set a new standard/example of a well-planned dICO.

It is only an opinion and it is up to the developers to make a judgment.
