Personally, I do not believe in panic selling because I think it is better for you to hold your coin for long term and make profit than panic selling because the market is falling. If you panic sell an the market keeps dropping, this gives a very positive chance to traders to buy at low price and they will sell when the price is high for them to make profit.
Although NEO is a very good and promising coin as it has good dev and team members, it has good technology, supportive community and it is also a potential coin for hold on long term but it cannot surpass bitcoin because bitcoin is the most potential and valuable crypto.
Though the current condition of the general crypto market is discouraging as the bear is still very much around with the price of coin in red but I think you should not leave because of this because this time will soon pass and the bull run will take over the market. Continue to hold patiently beause when the market recover, the prices of coin will also rise.
The best decision to take depends on you and you can do what you want with your funds. You can invest some of it is potential altcoins or icos and hold for long term and you can also exchange some of it if you are in need of money but you should hold some of it as it wil continue to grow and yield more profit.
In my opinion, though the current price of ethereum is discouraging but this doesn't mean it will not rise again. I believe if there is high demand for it and more icos adopt the blockchain, it will recover fast from the bear. When the market recover from the bear, I am sure ethereum will rise. Hold your coin patiently and do not panic sell.
What is the next goal?
Well, we really do not know how much it will dip but I think it is still a good time to buy for those who wish to buy ethereum and hold for long therm because when it recover from the bear and the bull run start, you will make reasonable profit from it. For those who panic sell, I will suggest we hold and let's support the market so it can grow.For me, my first experience with bounty and airdrops where not really good because I made mistake of joining wrong groups and some of them did not distribute their reward while some crashed and it was because I did not take time to do my research of the projects but followed peoples opinion.
Personally for me, I am sure potential altcoins will definitely survive the market while the shitcoin or the weak coin might not be able to survive the present condition of the market as they do not have good technology or a very strong and supportive community to help them grow.

The reason why the rate of scam is high in bounty is probably due to the fact that many people wants to make money by all means and do not take their time to think very well of a very legit project idea and then just come up with one and gives it a very good packaging to attract hunters and at the end crash but for you to find a very good bounty project to promote, take your time to do a very good research of the projects and be sure of the potential before you join the group.This is really a nice initiative and such type of initiative is really needed in this market. Such competition will make the people motivated to crypto and new projects can get investors for their projects investors should use this opportunity.
Yes, this is a very good initiative that is needed in the market and I believe it will motivate people to investors to come into crypto and I also believe this projects needs more advertisement and good marketing for it to be able to reach it's goal.Personally, I do not think cryptocurrency will be able to kill cash because cash is very easy to understand and can be easily accessed by the lay man than crypto which involves the use of technology and not everybody can understand or afford this. Personally, what I do to cut my loss short is to buy a con when it is low and hold it till when the price is high before I sell as long as it is a promising and potential coin. I also buy smaller altcoin that I believe are profitable and sell when the price rise.Personally, I do not think there is any bounty projects that will not care about listing because the joy of the project is to get listed so as to attract investors and they will also make money from it but the reason why some do not get listed is maybe due to the fact that they do not have good support from the community, good team members or the token was not well developed but I believe if you have a very good token and hold for long term, you will earn profit from it.
Though crypt market is a very good way to earn profit from your investment as long as you buy promising and potential coins but it cannot be predicted as it is volatile but with the way the market is growing gradually, I can only wish for it to continue like this for a very long time and the price should be higher before it will fall again.
Yes, there are so many scam bounty and f you are not careful, you may fall into the wrong project that it is very good for you to take your time to do a very good research of the project, read the whitepaper and be sure of the potentials before you join the campaign. I am also sure in future the rate of scam will reduce in the crypto community when there are regulations or bodies put together to help ensure of the project potential before they come into the community.
