It's really dificult for crypto currencies to be legalised in south east asia as the government rules are very strict regarding crypto currencies and thats the reason why BTC or any other coin

many factors lead to dropping of prices it can be due to low supply less circulation of the coin the coin not being able to cope up with the market or it is noot needed in the market or government regulations and many more factors affect the market

I don't think you should hold for 2-4 years although the outcomes might be really good but according to me waiting that long would be too much and you could instead trade and increase your capital

if the ico is really good and you think that the drop is due to the initial hitting of exchange then you should hold on a bit but if the token is not trustworthy you should also sell them as something is better than nothing

yes the Market can be manipulated for example a large group of whales if decide to dump the market they can do so they can decide the highs and lows of the coins they hold or manipulate the market indirectly

i don't think like any ico can succeed without a team it is probably a scam these ico's usually just die after launch or just don't launch and the project is shut down
