I checked it and it turned out that it is a decentralized exchange only with tokens based on Ethereum. Actually there was a token with the OCC symbol but it was a completely different token based on ethereum (hahaha) It showed me how "professional" you are.
I wrote to the support that they made a mistake and then they removed this post. If I did not write , I would probably this post stay on the OCC website. LOOOOOOOL
