From previous experience, we can see that Altcoins has decreased in price when Bitcoin has Hardfork. Yet from my observations the decrease in Hardfork is smaller than the price drop when the Bitcoin price rises. Because all eyes are on Bitcoin.
Ethereum prices can still rise further. Due to Ethereum's large supply, the price of Ethereum has not been able to compete with Bitcoin. Maybe the price of Ethereum will be the same as Bitcoin if Some ETH burned.
