I looked at their website and they start mining in May! That's forever in Bitcoin world.
By then the difficulty will (probably) be more than an order of magnitude higher than it is now!

Is this still going. Is the price still 0.9 BTC per share and is each share still 2.80GH/s?

What people need to realize is what does it matter if it reaches $1000... what does matter if it becomes a mainstream currency. The real concern should be when and if it is regulated... that will determine it's true value.
