Do you really think that caused the price to fall is the act of bounty hunter? Have you never thought about distributing tokens? Allocation for bounty hunters in the token distribution is only 2-4%. While the allocation for investors can reach 50-80%. so who actually holds more tokens? moreover, investors like you have been given a lot of bonuses? So who sells more bonuses?

Saya rasa anda salah. Saya perhatikan banyak altcoin yang volume tradingnya sangat kecil tapi tetap masih ada. Terutama di idex, banyak sekali altcoin yang volume tradingnya sangat kecil bahkan di beberapa market seperti bittrex, cossio, dll.

Menurut saya suatu koin di delist dari exchange karena terindikasi scam bahkan ada yang 100% scam. Contoh kecil baru-baru ini savedroid telah listing di idex dan tidex namun karena terindikasi scam akhirnya savedroid langsung di delist dari kedua exchange tersebut

Altcoin sekarang sangat susah untuk naik karena saat ini dominasi bitcoin di pasar sangat tinggi. Dominasi bitcoin sebesar 46% berdasarkan data yang ditampilkan coinmarketcap. Otomatis jika banyak yang membeli bitcoin maka akan banyak juga yang menjual altcoin, salah satunya eth. Berharap aja gan agar eth tidak soor lebih dalam lagi

Saya awalnya belajar analisa teknikal dari website forex. Dan setelah saya menggeluti dunia crypto sampai sekarang saya melihat bahwa trading forex sangat jauh berbeda dengan trading crypto. Iya betul sekali gan. Saya rasa transaksi di idex memang lumayan cepat. Saya pernah transaksi di etherdelta dan pengirimannya pending sampai 1 hari. Lalu saat withdraw eth dari etherdelta transaksi saya pending hampir 1 hari. Saran saya sebaiknya jangan gunakan etherdelta. Sangat tidak recomended

Duhh parah banget sampai 40jt++. Saya juga pernah kehilangan atau lebih tepatnya kena scam sebanyak 3 eth. Memang harus belajar ikhlas walaupun berat banget.

Tapi berat juga ya untuk dapat pelajaran trading sampai menghilangkan uang sebanyak itu. Tapi bisa jadi pelajaran buat teman-teman trader lainnya termasuk saya yang selalu menggunakan sell instant market.

Pantesan aja banyak grup yang tiba-tiba muncul tapi ane gak kenal. Biasanya sih saya sampai "Report Spam and Leave" aja. Habis itu muncul lagi. akhirnya saya pasrah aja.

Baru malam ini saya tau cara membatasi undangan grup. infonya sangat bermanfaat gan. Ternyata ulah para airdroper ya. hahaha

Enak banget gan. Apalagi sekarang sudah banyak yang pake bitcoin. Hanya saja di indonesia masih dilarang oleh BI. Harganya juga masih sangat fluktuatif jadi belum bisa terlalu digunakan. Mudah-mudahan kedepannya bitcoin bisa menjadi sangat berguna karena tujuan awalnya memang sebagai permbayaran online

Iya betul harga cryptocurrency sekarang susah untuk di prediksi. Menurut saya itu dikarenakan cryptocurrency selalu bergerak mengikuti berita atau isu, apalagi jika berita atau isu bersifat negatif. mudah-mudahan beberapa bulan kedepan sampai akhir tahun tidak ada lagi berita atau isu negatif biar harga crypto bisa naik lebih tinggi dari tahun 2017

Sayang sekali jika para trader pemula sering terjangkiti sindrom fomo ini. Akan tetapi saya merasa memang itulah logika dari dunia trading. Jika ada yang mengambil untung dengan menjual pasti akan ada yang rugi disaat membeli begitupun sebaliknya.

why bounty signature is not available?

I have searched for these trademarks on both www.tmdn.org and tmsearch.uspto.gov and it seems pretty clear that neither bitcoinpenny nor nastypenny are registered trademarks and there is not even an application for a trademark. I know how an application for trademark looks like on these search websites and there is none of those.

To me it seems that penny is such a common word that nobody can claim owning all possible penny combinations like Bitcoinpenny seems to claim to own. To me it looks like this is an issue that is possible to have differing opinions and who is right can only be settled in court if somebody wants to take it that far but I would not hold my breath since nobody has spent even a much smaller amount of money to file for the trademark.

EU law does not exist. Every country has its own laws and they differ tremendously within EU. You need to specify which country laws you think are applicable.

However that being said nobody is going to any court about any of these issues. So even if there would be some law of some country it would be pretty irrelevant especially some details of it.


What matters is moral code and that has some relevance to general worldwide consensus about laws or how they are interpreted by laypeople. Some lawyers opinion does not matter at all how laypeople in bitcointalk define their moral code. This is quite generally accepted.

Most of the stuff that people accuse Zerox of doing seem pretty small stuff. I glanced over the accusations and it seemed like somebody wanted to hide the lack of anything explosive by making the list long with petty stuff.

The extortion attempt was by far the biggest issue in here and it is significant exactly because that stuff is new. Do we want to add another thing to long list of shady stuff that are considered acceptable by bitcointalk general moral code?

Extortion is extortion whether you want money or information or a pink pony or whatever else to yourself. And in this case it was traditional extortion in exchange for money with undeniable written proof for it in the messages sent to Zerox. I do not know any other crimes that can be explained away by writing some note to yourself that you keep hidden in your drawer. How the perp interacts with the victim and what happens in that interaction is what matters in criminal cases and what defines what kind of a crime it is. Zerox was being extorted and blackmailed and so what happened was an extortion and blackmailing.

Whether evidence becomes inadmissible it depends on which country you are talking about. In this case the relevant country seems to be Austria. I am not sure whether many people know how Austrian laws work. Just because something is true in US law it does not mean that law is relevant anywhere else.

I am pretty sure in my country no evidence ever becomes inadmissible. Everything goes. Execpt if there were laws broken when collecting the evidence there could be some repercussions to the one breaking the law but whatever information is out there, it does not disappear like in US law it does.

However that being said I do not understand at all the extortion plan. There is very huge downside for both person doing this one but also for the whole community as well and very little upside.

There are many people who do not understand at all how bitcointalk seems to allow all kinds of nefarious stuff going on on their forums and now we can reasonably think it is because people in authority positions in bitcointalk are running an extortion ring and getting their cut from the stuff that goes on in here.

Also I don't understand the timestamping of the message. I seems like just smoke and mirrors. Timestamping it like that does not prove that the encryption was not done on some later hour like the only sensible thing you might want to prove in this kind of instance would be. And even that would fall far short from proving that the extortion ring did not really mean to pocket the money by keeping everything out from public.

Only some kind of irreversibly forced publishing of agreements provably written before the extortion would prove that the ring did not really plan to keep everything secret and pocket the money and have the coming clean only as plan B.
