Update: The withdrawal has just reached me and the support has written to me apologies about the delay and that they are internally struggling with problems and trying to take positive steps. I understand this pressure and would like to give my positive feedback now!

I can confirm that all problems have been solved, even if it took some time. If other users should have problems too, I am sure that they will also be solved, but it takes time. Thank you support team!

I have been waiting now 16 days for my withdrawal of 146610 FUN Token ($450). I have written to support several times and received an automated answer that there are currently problems with WOF, although I have clearly said that it is about my withdrawal, not WOF.

My last support request was answered quickly and I was supposed to send the information so that support takes care of it, so far nothing has happened. I have also written to the support employee of the forum CSFBC several times, but he ignores my last requests.

Even if there are currently internal problems, the admins should be trying to solve them... If the site offers a service, the word should also be kept, I don’t know where the problem is to take a few minutes and send my Tokens, even if there are currently problems.

I’ve been waiting for two weeks now for my payment of 146610 FUN Tokens. I have already written to the support twice. I only received an automated answer that there are currently problems with WOF although my problem does not relate to it, but to my withdrawal. I also did not receive a response from CSFBC although he was only recently online.

It’s a pity that they put so much effort into fixing my problem. Recently I had weeks of login problems and now something like that...

I had problems logging into my account for weeks, but this was fixed after some time. Now I already have the next problem and have been waiting 8 days for my payment of fun token, have already written to the support. It is sad to see that he currently seems to have so many problems, I hope my payout will be approved soon. If there is something new, I will publish an update.

Apother Update: As promised, I will get back when I can log in. With me, the login problems are fixed again after a few weeks, I hope with the other users too! Thanks for the support.

Update to my post from 10. July: I still can't log in and I'm very disappointed. It shows me that my login data would not be correct, although I have never changed it. First I was pleased to see that a support member appeared in the forum and he wanted to take care of the problems, I have already written to CSFBC and he wanted to take care of my request, this message from him was on the 18th. July and he wanted to take care of it within 24 hours. After a few more messages to him, a reply from him came back to me yesterday and he asked me if I still got problems with the login. I also wrote to the support at support@freebitco.in and nothing came back here either. I am very disappointed by the lack of transparency and will report in the forum as soon as the problem is fixed. I use the site because of the FUN Token Integration, freebitco.in was at the time one of the first providers to enable staking and have about 500$ in form of this token on the site. I am extremely disappointed and would not have expected that after so many years of existence the operators would destroy the transparency of the users and deny others access to the money, as soon as something changes I will write another post but so far that looks like fraud..

Why should I troll if I am not granted access to my money? I haven't been able to log in for days, I also already wrote CSFBC who said that he takes care of these problems.
