this project is from Viet Nam, I dont see any traffic from other countries 2 days ago. Domain is 10 day old, and only vietnamese facebook keep commenting about this ICO ? why are you scamming ?

For me, it seems very solid, cause 3m$ is not a big amount to scam, right ? 

Btw, I dont see any detail about the ICO ? are u building community first ?
