The new beta version is finally ready. You can download PhoenixMiner 5.7a from here:

PhoenixMiner_5.7a_Windows.zip (GitHub)
PhoenixMiner_5.7a_Linux.tar.gz (GitHub)

The new features in this release are:

  • Added lock core clock
  • The problem with the missing GPU temperatures on Nvidia GPUs is fixed
  • Added native kernels for AMD RX6700 GPUs. These are faster than the generic kernels and produce a lot less stale shares
  • Increase the max supported DAG epoch to 550 (should be enough to about Jan 2023)
  • Full support for setting clocks, fan speeds, voltages, and memory timings of AMD RX6900/6800/6700 cards
  • The specific hashrate is now shown in the form of kilo hashes per joule (kH/J). Example: if a GPU has hashrate of 30 MH/s with 100W power usage, the specific hashrate is 300 kH/J
  • Added new command-line parameters -ttj and -ttmem, allowing automatic fan speed control based on GPU hotspot (junction), and memory temperatures respectively. Example: -ttmem 83 will keep the GPU memory temperature at or bellow 83C by increasing the fan speed as necessary. These parameters can be combined with -tt, as well as with each other. These options are supported only on AMD GPUs that report junction and memory temperatures
  • Added new command-line parameters -tmaxj and -tmaxmem, allowing to decrease the GPU usage when the GPU hotspot (junction), or GPU memory temperatures are above the specified thresholds. These options are supported only on AMD GPUs that report junction and memory temperatures
  • Added support for AMD Windows drivers 21.3.2, and 21.3.1
  • Added support for AMD Linux drivers 20.50.x. Use this drivers only if you have Polaris or older GPUs, or the latest RX6x000 GPUs. WARNING: Vega, Radeon VII, and Navi GPUs won't work with these drivers!
  • Turn off the zero fan feature on AMD cards whenever a fixed fan speed is used (e.g. -tt -40), or when an auto fan with min fan speed is used (e.g. -tt 63 -minfan 35). To disable this feature, add -fanstop 1 command-line parameter
  • When -mcdag 1 is specified under Linux, the miner will not wait for the daggen.sh script to finish before starting to generate the DAGs. Instead it will for a fixed 7 seconds. This allows you to do all the following in the daggen.sh: turn off the overclocking of Nvidia GPUs, sleep for 30-60 seconds to allow time for DAG generation, and then re-apply the overclocking of the Nvidia GPUs
  • Other small improvements and fixes

The support for -ttj, -ttmem, -tmaxj, and -tmaxmem for Nvidia 3090 and 3080 GPUs is not yet ready for release. We hope to have it ready for the final 5.7 release.

Please let us know if you have any problems or questions related to PhoenixMiner 5.7a.

Unfortunately not. Airdrops are created in order to attract as many people as possible, as a rule, too many people participate in them and therefore (Often) the entire pool is divided among all people and you get a penny.

Of course there are drops where you need to invite friends, but it's not worth it if you don't know how to have a large base of people.

Yes, in this world nothing can be hidden. Everything will be hacked sooner or later. There is only one defense - your brain, but, unfortunately, everything cannot be hidden there.

For many people this is something unknown, you will not explain it to them in any way until they themselves understand it.

In my country, the authorities are trying to restrict people from cryptocurrencies, which is sad and this also affects

Newbie can't join.

And also no one will help you, you must decide for yourself what to do and when (of course you can see what other people are doing, but first of all you must choose yourself)

Many people visit only to earn money, they don't care about the rest of the forum's life, they only see the bounty tab and that's it.

This cannot be changed in any way.

Re: Which is better between keeping assets in exchange or personal wallet
by

The worst thing is that the exchange itself can just freeze your account, take all your assets. Best kept in your personal wallet.

As for your question. Think about it yourself? If, for example, each person had $ 1,000 on the exchange and they were all stolen, how will the exchange recover all the losses?

Even so, there would be a lot of scammers.

Re: Emporium Finance - Scam?

I am not so sure that Emporium Finance was said to be a scam, maybe there was a misunderstanding from the OP and I didn't really pay attention to this problem in detail but what Hhampuz managed was a legitimate project.
And if this is the team's fault, then Hhampuz will not interfere and try to think for a moment and wait for their confirmation, is there a statement?
Is this too serious for you when you are banned from the telegram group?

1. I have already said that the main condition of the bounty is to join their channels. I will not receive the award if I am not there. However, I continue to bounty, because I am not guilty of anything and I hope that the hhampuz figured it out.

2. I did not claim that this is a scam, but the fact that they did it is not okay, just delete your own airdrop, where people sent friends and then just ban them for questions.

Who was the author of that airdrop bot? Was the bot created by authentic person and posted in their official group by any of their admin/mod? If so, this is really stupid that they have behaved like this way. However, Hhampuz has nothing to do that as he is inly managing the campaign.

Yes, official. If you can join their chat, then there should be a mention of him.

The conditions say that I must definitely join the telegram channel. I was removed from there just like that, maybe by accident, I don't know (the channel ID was also changed or deleted)

Therefore, I wrote to Humpuzz to clarify this situation.

I tried to understand the situation here, which of these following questions is correct; They have a separate channel for airdrop? That is not managed by Hhampuz? The submission was made to bot? And you were removed from the airdrop channel (not bounty)?

There was an airdrop and it was removed. I asked why. I was removed from the chat.

To qualify for the award, I have to join their telegram, from which I was simply removed.

That's why I wanted Humpuz to figure out this problem (maybe he somehow closely communicates with the project team)

I don't know why you want me to reply here?

The bot is/was not mine.
The telegram channel is not mine.
The project is not mine.

I'm running the Bounty and I handle all Bounty related questions/issues. I have none of the answers you seek.

They even changed / deleted the id of their group, it is now impossible to find it.

How should I receive a reward if the conditions say that I should join her, but I was just removed

Reward for bounty campaign? If yes, Then let Hhampuz deal with it until it finish. If the reward you are talking about is not bounty related question then you are addressing your concern to the wrong person.

Posting some evidence of your statement will really help to file a formal scam accusation to the project.

The conditions say that I must definitely join the telegram channel. I was removed from there just like that, maybe by accident, I don't know (the channel ID was also changed or deleted)

They recently carried out an airdrop in the telegram bot and now it has been deleted. I went to the chat and asked why it was deleted (I did not spam, I left only 1 message) and no one answered me, after a few hours I go to the chat to see the answer, but I was deleted from the chat. I did not violate any rules, I was just removed from the chat without explanation.

I want the bounty manager to reply to this post - Hhampuz

The easiest way to make money on this forum is bounties and airdrops, but this is already the last century and you need to have your head on your shoulders in order to understand what to do and what not. A lot of scams come across, even those that seem super good - there are many such examples.

Yes, but first of all, people choose not safety, but convenience. When people lose their bitcoins, it is only then that they start to think about security.

If you need security, then I advise you to use cold wallets!
