Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ?
by

Let’s accept thatCorruption is inevitable a social phenomenon that exists as naturally as an influenza virus. Many countries, especially the first world nations, claim that they have curbed this social stigma. But nonetheless, corruption still flourishes relentlessly in both political and bureaucratic offices, while impacting everything that comes under their spectrum. It is inherent to human nature, irrespective of class and creed.

Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon?
by

The U.S dollar, as the world’s leading reserve currency has been that money of choice. Approximately 65% of all U.S. dollars are currently being used outside the United States, 80% of trade finance was conducted in dollars and close to 85% of forex trade volume involved the dollar.

But dollars are hard to come by in legal ways. Aggravated by limited foreign reserves and fixed exchange rates pegging the national currency at artificially high rates to other currencies, black market currency trading has flourished.

Bitcoins are a virtual form of money protected by unbreakable cryptography. This attribute makes it a secure way to store wealth but also creates the risk that when Bitcoin owners die, their digital fortune will be out of reach forever. That’s a major problem for the relatives of tech-savvy individuals who have invested in a market currently worth about $70 billion.

If you dare, this is the right time.
do not listen to the opinions of others. because they are panicking and preparing to sell BTC.
only brave people can survive. This storm will leave. Cool

There is never a good time to buy Bitcoin. There are two many ups and downs ahead in the journey. The only good time will be when you will believe the Bitcoin will change the world. Until then you will be just following the crowd and it can you downhill.

Bitcoins are still only accepted by a very small group of online merchants. This makes it unfeasible to completely rely on Bitcoins as a currency. There is also a possibility that governments might force merchants to not use Bitcoins to ensure that users’ transactions can be tracked.

I think bitcoin is also a good way. Bitcoin is one of the very good choices here as it’s digital currency. You can store your bitcoin even on a piece of paper or use physical wallet. Some rich people who would like to hide some part of their wealth from bank/security accounts. The Swiss bank was a good option to do it but not anymore. The common way is to put cash or valuable goods or commodities but those take-up spaces and you need to find safe space to accumulate them.

Totaly agreeed.

Cash is better to handle easily available from ATM. but bitcoin is also worth. There’s still many people in the world that don’t have bank accounts, while internet access is easier. Bitcoin permit them to pay others easier than bank transfer and credit cards for transactions.

The bitcoin price. could rise to about $4,000 within 8 to 14 months, investors say.
The recent price rise has been driven by positive developments around the underlying technology with a rival cryptocurrency called litecoin

Currently i am not holding it.  But soon i will try to keep my Bitcoins and will wait for getting it at higher price. Most online Bitcoin wallets provide the option of a 2 factor authentication process. This means that whenever you log on you’re required to authenticate yourself with an additional step other than your password. Most of the time this will be a verification text message sent to your phone. Even though this may feel cumbersome at times, using 2 factor authentication reduces the risk of theft drastically.

Re: Government & Bitcoin

The Indian government could make a decision on the legality of Bitcoin as early as the end of the month.

According to a report , a government official close to developments says that a new committee has been created to study cryptocurrency. The source adds that the new group has been given a deadline for its findings of 20th April 2017.

Bitcoin buying, selling, trading or mining is not illegal in India, and the report’s source notes that a rule on illegality would shut down an already flourishing cryptocurrency industry.

Bitcoin was designed to be digital gold.  Because the supply of bitcoins is capped at 21 million most of which have already been distributed the currency’s value is likely to go up over time. Which means that Bitcoin doesn’t necessarily need to be widely used as a currency or a payment network in order to be an appealing way to store value.Increasing the network’s capacity isn’t difficult from a technical perspective, but proposals to address the problem encountered a lot of resistance from Bitcoin purists.

Re: Bitcoin can be a key for us to become successful person?

Bitcoin unlike their traditional counterparts, had no prior protection or regulation by local governments. As such, Bitcoin is subject to large volatility changes whenever announcements are made. Developed nations announcing an outright ban on Bitcoin affects its market value. Traditional paper, however, are tuned to regulation from local authorities. Bitcoin exists as data, in the hard drives of devices. Traditional paper exists as paper. The idea of encrypting money is not new; most developed nations provide online banking for moving of funds across institutions. However, strict rules and infrastructure are built upon such platforms to ensure adherence to the nation's rules.

One of the most under looked opportunities to make money with Bitcoin is probably to start your own Bitcoin information website. Unlike a faucet, this type of website will basically explain the basics of Bitcoin to new users, while making money from ads and affiliate offers. It takes a bit of time and a small amount of money to get started but in the long run will probably yield the best return on your investment.

Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ?
by
abyaby123
on 01/10/2017, 04:42:25 UTC
The reason why Bitcoin is the number one cryptocurrency is pretty simple: It was the first one. This first mover advantage persists, because Bitcoin quickly established the biggest support both from users and from developers. Having the biggest user and developer base maintains a strong network effect, that tends to draw in more users and developers, because the system appears attractive and is well-established as a payment system.

For any altcoin to compete with Bitcoin, it would have to offer something revolutionary new and useful, that can't be implemented by Bitcoin. Today's altcoins are mainly a testing ground for new ideas, that will end up being added to Bitcoin if they are good, leaving the altcoins that first introduced them behind (a current example for could be rootstock vs. ethereum).

ya.ya.yo!

Good you have given best reasons ever. Few other reasons are as below - Better Than Gold
Once a person has accumulated wealth, security becomes a big deal. Dollars lose value to inflation. Stocks are risky. Bonds are risky. And for the safety-minded investor, bitcoin solves two problems in one move:
Its value holds up when the markets tank. And it doesn’t take up any physical space. To hedge against inflation, most people look to gold as a haven for their wealth. After all, it’s served as a store of value for people for centuries.
Right now, $1 Million will buy you about fifty pounds of gold at $1,319 per ounce.
Sure, you could easily bury that loot in the backyard for a rainy day.But in an emergency where you have to — say, evacuate your home in a hurry — that fifty pounds of gold becomes a heavy burden quick. On the other hand, bitcoin is weightless and is stored eternally on the blockchain.
So as long as you have access to the internet, you have access to your bitcoin holdings — no matter where you are. Heck, as more businesses around the world accept bitcoin as payment… there may not even be a need to hold any country’s official currency in the not-too-distant future.

Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin?
by

well kids like to play, so something that can bring together bitcoin and gaming

like puzzle that when solved reveal a private key for example

it is important that kids start to learn early some basic economy, at least something about income and expenditure

i heard about a new law for some countries that will make it possible(to teach them basic economy) in schools

Maximum children dont know anything about bitcoins.  Giving then knowledge about bitcoin is good thing.  One can categories all the crypto-currencies and can elaborate them about it.  So that it will improve their knowledge.  But i would say don't allow them to earn bitcoin right now because it ma
