I would only use LBC/Escrow, even face-to-face because you're putting yourself in a position where you have "20to100K" on you but you don't know if he really has any bitcoins (on the first F2F). I'd only trade with a reputable person using a Escrow type service that has a reputation base, and user has to have over 500+ trades.
Better safe than sorry.

Do not use this service, its a pure scam. Besides there are many people who got scammed by the service and you can see their complaints if you do a quick search on google.

I know this is an older thread but i wanted to point out that the 99bitcoins link takes you to an article that lists the ""bitcoinvanitygen" URL as option #2. So while you say don't do it, the link says it's ok.
To the original poster: I think there's really only two options: 1. Do it yourself or 2. Don't do it.

I do not know what Bitcoin cash means since I am a newbie. I haven't sold anything yet. But I would be glad to know more about Bitcoins ans how it works! Looking forward to experience that first hand. 
Think of it like this: there was a fork in the road, bitcoin went to the right, bitcoincash (an "altcoin") went to the left. The real problem with $bch is when new people first get in to bitcoin could end up buying what they think is bitcoin but really bitcoincash. Since the addresses are similar but not compatible, you could potentially end up losing your money if you sent real BTC to a BCH wallet.
This confusion is like a toxic apple.
This question is like the alternative way if you do not have any budget to invest in bitcoins then you should spend your money to eth coins because it is the 2nd highest value coin and it really has the potential to grow for the next few more years.
I think what the original poster meant, what many of us want, is what altcoin can we buy dirt cheap (like at .00000000001), buy a ton of that then wait for 1-2 years while that value goes up to $100 so we can get rich.
My suggestion is #ETN. They're down right now but not out.
