Well, giving a tutorial as you described above is effectively teaching someone to scam. You are offering lessons on how to covertly perpetrate signature campaign fraud. Not asking you for an account for scamming is moot since you know very well this kind of accounts are potentially scam tools.

If genuine, this account is a very powerful tool for scammers. Light green trust and aged 8 years are enough factors to compel lower tier members to pay or send first. It's threads like this that make one very cautious when dealing with anyone, even with seasoned members.
or just not to loose his given money. like i say i only support it if its for participating in signature campaigns. thats more a job then scamming
