这个币主要是庄家太穷了，尤其那些拿着50万币以上的或者那些大的矿工 一天挖一万多UTC的那种矿工都太穷，没钱拉升；还有就是预挖了200万个币，也没人愿意来抬轿子，所以现在或者是大户自己拉升自己救自己 或者是大户转移手里的币给有钱人，然后有钱人拉升 不然就等死吧

I think UTC need creat Masternode (like DarkCoin)
