Founder need to convince TkVmin% of holders to unblock the money
TkVmin is defined at the ICO launch. We recommend at least 51%, 80% for strong projects
The bigger the TkVmin is, the more reassuring it is just like ICObench ratings
It's clear that people will avoid investing in 30% TkVmin value projects

It became obvious that the customary system of the ICO needs to be reformed. Investors are not protected from bad management or poor projects functionality. And the regulation of these things will be appropriate. Investors have the right to have levers of influence and incentive over the team, through smart contracts.

LOLIGO's funds distribution is decentralized, the code managing the distribution is executed by miners.
The funds collected for the ICO remains allocated for the founder but amount is in "blocked" state. funds are unblocked due to periodic participant's vote
No trusted entity or trusted contract developer are needed.
Can you tell me any tangible reason why LOLIGO is needed knowing fully well that we have many blockchain projects working on the same idea
