first i talked to tem  3 times but all tey said was too bad its our mistake but your job to take care of it. And yes adress is rite but its impossoble to collect because ttey use no destination tag sendin to not rite destination tag is same as not sendin and i gave them many chances i am posting here because i wont joost money because they screwed up

it is you see problem is bitsler does not allow you send unless you imput a destination tag so its obvuis a error and tey mostly said its your own job to take care of our mistake

destination tag 0 is default forno  destination tag 0 fo ripple

lol do you play at bitsler i pretty sure you dont, because then you would know when you withdrawl from bitsler is requireed and submitted the correct tag . Thats why error is so obvuis you cant withdrawl from bitsler without using a Destination tag it wont let you but they still sent without one showing a obvuis error in there system there trying to put on me

bitsler made a made mistake and is blaming it on me.

So i submitted a withdrawl to witdrawl 150 XRP.

you are requred by there own system to submit a desnation tag and adress for money to be sent to. Its not possible for you to submit one without theses two peices of info.  It wont even let me try to do it.

Now i submitted my witdrawl and when bitsler sent it out there system made the mistake on sending it without any destnayion tag at all. Obvouis error on there side because it impossible for me to even sunmit it without a destnation tag. When i went to support chat they said it was my fault which is impossible as you can see. And i would just loose money or i could try to recover it on my own.

They made a mistake easy to see i dont know why whey wont fix it but looks either scam or they dont want to loose money and dont care if its there mistkae

they are scamming me for 150 xrp which is just stupid i worked with chat but i dont know if they hired new support people but shady as crap you can easly see what i am saying is rite. And just so you all know its impossible to request a withdrawl without a destnation tag but they sent it without one. There saying screw me and it my loss or job to try to recover when they made mistake

its a error on tere site and shady support agent is trying to put it on me . its pretty obvuis error but they seem to be scamming which is weird.

i have made over  100 withdrawls on there site  using XRP and i am a plat member. I gave them a lot of chances it seems there trying to put loss on me. Very sketcy trying to work with them but seems like a scam.

I am only posting this after trying to work with support and them lying and plain out not understanding basic sportsook stuff.

I placed a bet on esports soccer. It was a live bet and as you know when a bet is placed live on soccer if goal is scored bet is rejected and not placed.

When i placed the bet at exact same time i placed the bet  a goal was scored and bet was rejected due to a error they let it go throgh and  I then contacted them right away and told them bet was a error and even told them how it was easy to check by comparing time of goal and bet was accpeted. It was exactly same time so obivouis bet error.   i even showed them live stream and there own site. They said to wait . I did they asked for error mesage i gave it to them it to them and they made waited more time. Then they asked exact same question 8 hours later. and ater 28 hours they reply no error bet stands.
Now i know they did not look at any of my proof or therre own backoffice. They just wanted to keep my money . I do want to say from talking to them its obvouis they know very little about sports betting or even there own software. I sent very detailed proof showing it was impossible for there not be a error. they then got back to me with a bs excuses about bet i tried to placed 30 second before not bet i placed at all showing scam or that they should not be running a sportsbook. They dont even know how to use there wn system they said bet was placed at 11:36:00 which was start time not bet time as it shows clearly in my proof bet was placed at 11:36:26 same time goal was scored. You can see shis buy just watching live stream. Its clear cut case of a scam or knowing nothing about sportsbetting.
