Apart from Exercise you must:
1. Drink lot of water for better digestion and weight loss
2. Try to have Green tea as it has got excellent antioxidants which can help you reduce weight
3. Try to have fibre rich foods over fatty foods. Google for fibre rich diet.
4. Consume less sugar.
5. Try Yoga
6. Try to include fresh fruit juices in your diet (optional in case you are not affected by any of those)
