I'd definitely visit cointelegraph, coin360, crypto subreddits to get a picture of the current market situation before trading.

We all want it to be paid off. But I fully agree.

The market is going worse for BTC and ETH mostly. Look at the 1 month performance of these coins: -5.34% (BTC) and -17.52% (ETH) from coin360.
I think the situation must get better soon, as some countries would pass the laws on the cryptocurrencies to support it.

I try to count how any times I've checked coin360 on 1 day. It's about 30 times.

I'm for investing in altcoins or btc. To invest in ICO you need to conduct a good research yourself to make sure it's not a scam.
Try to choose a moment when the prices are down to buy coins. There are numerous websites like coin360 or other aggregators on crypto market price. Actually on such websites you can find out more altcoins.

There is a lot of altcoins which worth investing. I wouldn't recommend you to invest into the cheapest ones.
I think dogecoin as well as ripple are worth buying.

In my opinion, crypto market is going down, but at the end of the year the whole market will rise.
So, that's the right time to buy crypto at a lower price, waiting for the lowest point. I monitor the cryptomarket cap on the websites like Coin360 to get the fuller picture.
