The testnet is still working.
The Kovan ETH depends on Parity, not on us. They usually respond in a short period of time, but sometimes they disable the bot that sends the Kovan ETH and it takes them a few hours to activate it again.

I've just send you 3 Kovan ETH so you can start using the testnet.

Do you mean the Kovan faucet? They usually send the Kovan ether automatically every few minutes/hours.

Check in your Kovan wallet to see if you have already received it.

If you are still unable to receive the kovan ether from that faucet, send me your kovan address and I will send you some.

You can check on the homepage the projects that have a claim open.
Right now, on testnet, you can check the page periodically or open a claim yourself if you want to test it.
Once the site is launched to mainnet, there will be notifications.

Hi trandongnhat, you have to use Metamask on the Kovan network. To do it:
- Click on the Metamask fox on your browser
- At the top left of the Metamask pop-up, click on "Main Ethereum Network"
- From the menu, choose "Kovan Test Network"

And that's all. Now make sure to read the tutorial to know of to request Kovan Ether and  use the platform.
