Great work on the exchange so far guys!
I'd like to request an updated 'to do list' at http://alcurex.info/todo-list/ as a lot of work has been done since launch and i'd like to see a detailed plan of where the exchange is heading. From what I've gathered, leverage is going to be implemented soon as well as a new index page.

So you guys haven't launched even a beta in production?
If you cannot figure out the deposits yet this is like step 1 of having an exchange - deposit funds into it.

From what I've gathered, the deposit was working at some point but now that they've implemented security and auto-scripts there's been some conflicts that have stopped it functioning.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong halibit, this is the last issue that needs working out before the beta testing can launch.
Most important hurdle for any exchange right now is trust and security... Right now most people don't trust any exchanges because of gox,vircurex,cryptorush,poloniex,coinmarket.io...etc. If we can prove that customer can trust our exchange with out any doubt, then we won half the battle... Is our exchange 100% secure...? Can we guarantee the customers that, we never lose their coins....?
Further to this, it's also important to prove solvency. This is a must for exchanges now: https://iwilcox.me.uk/2014/proving-bitcoin-reserves

I have already emailed MCR to volunteer as a representative and offer to get the alcurEX twitter and subreddit going but they haven't replied yet. I understand that its not vital at the moment whilst the exchange isn't live but its worth doing to ease MCR's workload and to begin to establish a user base. If anyone wants to help then just message me.
Edit: We need to hire ethical hackers in our website. I might just offer a bounty. Will think about it.
This is a must, we need to ensure the security of the site. The alcurEX team should use 5-10% of the IPO BTC to fund a bounty.

it's a gamble but if alcurex gains traction then 5 or 10 BTC profits a month would be very low. it will take time, hard work and some luck for it to take off like mintpal has. don't expect it to rain btc in the first few months! 
the leverage trading in alts will def. give a boost to this exchange
Please could you clarify whether leverage will be added to alt markets or to just BTC/USD. Thanks.

When will this exchange launch?
The IPO has been extended to March 10th due to the addition of alcurEX leverage, which will potentially increase revenue by 5-10x
That doesn't necessarily mean the exchange will launch then. Due to how much they have left to include I think it could be up to another month from the 10th.
Wish the devs were more active on the forum.

Would anyone be interested in buying 841000 shares at the price of 0.0000015? I need the BTC for another investment but i'm not keen to sell my shares at 0.000001. Not sure how we would escrow the transfer of the shares but PM me if you're interested. We would probably have to use a trusted 3rd party such as Fasbit, as long as he doesn't mind.
