I just want to reply here that after several weeks still nothing is done.
SpectroCoin refuses to refund me money from card . 
for months you tell about the progress you made, but in reality seems nothing is done ever.  I just want my money finally.

What email are you talking about? The one telling me to contact the AlliedWallet ? I have been doing that for weeks and same as Spectrocoin they just say the same thing each week, that soon everything will be resolved but in reality, nothing happens.  They said 7-10 business days 2 weeks ago, and yesterday they are saying they are behind schedule and need 7-10 more days.

This is like a joke or something.

Now they sent me email telling I have to ask you for the refund.
I'm sick of these games , two big companies sending me to each other but can't return 3.5k euros. It's a shame that after more than 3 months you still hold my funds without any reason and operate as usual.

SpectroCoin after all money was deposited and card was made through you so you are ultimately responsible.

It has been over 100 days, and I really need my money.  
I just can't understand, If I was CEO  of spectrocoin I would personally close this issue a long time ago. The amount is not that big for big company yet you do everything to hold my money. I'm sick of this and you should be ashamed.

Worst customer service ever! You just don't care same as alliedwallet,

I contacted Allied Wallet directly and they told on email that the issue will be resolved within 10 days.

It has been over 14 weeks now since debit cards are blocked and you still refuse to return money from them.
2 weeks ago I was told that ''unload'' option is on the way and soon I can get my funds back since then nothing has been done.
Every time I ask for an update, I get the same copy paste answer. 

Spectrocoin are you still saying that cards will be back and this is just ''maintenance'' for over 14 weeks?
You still never posted an official statement of the real reason why the cards were locked in the first place.
You now mentioned you have new virtual and plastic cards in office, so it means Allied wallet is not coming back so why are you holding up to return funds from old cards?
When will you stop feeding these '' soon'', ''we are close to resolution'', ''next week'' generic bullshit responses and actually return money for once.
It has been over 14 weeks !!!

There are no updates. Always the same, ''we are close to resolution'' for 14 weeks straight.  then I was told about the unload option and nothing , then about the new cards, but still nothing.
Since the situation is not only for me but all cardholders in general feel free to tell us what's going on here? When can we finally expect to get our money back?

We are happy to announce that new cards are already provided here at SpectroCoin both virtual and plastic ones.
It is worth mentioning that agreement has been reached with other providers and costs are way different comparing to old cards. Now new plastic card will cost 50 USD (old card 9 EUR) and virtual card 9 EUR (old card 0.50 EUR).

Such circumstances and factors complicate the situation regarding compensation and makes the process patience demanding. Please be ensured, however, that resolution will be surely found and you will be certainly provided with a voucher which may be used to order a new card. So you got new cards , but refuse to refund old ones? How long this circus is going to continue ?

When will be updated regarding cards? Over 2 months now. I mean do you seriously yourself believe its maintenance?  Do you ask Alliedwallet whats going on ?

How can maintenance take over 45 days? I was waiting patiently when week after week I was told this will be solved any day soon.  Do you even care for your customers?  You are saying issues are on the provider side, but as a customer of SpectroCoin I made my card through your website, I deposited funds from spectrocoin wallet. YOU are the provider for me and I trusted my money with you.  So yes I want you to take care of this dispute even if AlliedWallet is not working on this issue.  I had a lot of problems because I could not and still can't access my money.
I had to cancel my trip with my kids just for this reason.  You don't know when this issue will be solved if ever and considering its over 45 days it will not be anytime soon.  And at the same time, you refuse to work out a plan to return the money, at least to those customers who are requesting it.

It just all around bad business from your side. Even if AlliedWallet has issues you should think of a way to return funds to your long-time customers in meantime.

I did not want to go this road but I am desperate.  I verified and loaded my card when they came out around 45 days ago with over 3500EUR and did not spend anything since next day they closed down. Now for all this time I am asking when they will be back but always get the same copy paste answer . Nothing specific.
At this point all I want to do is close my card or even whole account and get my money back but Spectrocoin refuses to do so.
Can anyone help me here? Can they hold my money and not return it for almost 2 months ? Even after I request multiple times to close card and return funds?
Can I take legal action ? Any suggestions will be welcome .

I would like to see if any offical Spectrocoin staff can clear why you refuse to give back money.
