A small suggestion, you should also write a closing down announcement on the site itself. The swap box is still active, someone who hasn't read this post may be doing the exchange, which can open up some additional problems. If the service is out of business, you don't want users to brand you as a scammer due to a lack of information.

Did start BTC to XMR exchange, it just took 3k € and wouldnt send the exchange, after asking the owner on telegram, he just said i'll DM you but never did.
Like i told you, you've to wait for a 15 days to get your money back.
