Good afternoon all,
I recently purchased a brand new AntMiner S1 and got it work within minutes. I've never mined bitcoins with ASICs higher than 10Gh/s, so my "problem" could be normal.
I've been running my miner for about 5 days now and everything I do, doesn't seem to "fix" my issue.
I read a few posts where ppl said that they have 0 HW errors while running for about 2 weeks. Here are my screen shots:

As you can see, my HW errors are at 0.1%, which is alright. But I can't overclock it to 200Gh/s. I get like 5 accepted shares and over 5k of HW errors. This is the new 2014 antminer version.
Are my HW % good or can I improve it? Also, anyone with the 2014 model got they miners to hash at 200Gh/s?

I also received one more for some days ago, I got many hw errors, it seems like that the fan not spin up as on my other two antes and not being cooled enough. The only thing I can see that differs is the cable for this fan comparing to the other two.

It's cool. I'm killing it now, lol. I got 2 Antminer S1's solo-mining and I'm getting about 3-4 blocks every minute. It was as much as 8 blocks 20 minutes ago. Difficulty is still 338.x
Gonna be a fun night for my 2 Ant's.
I'm interested are you solo mining with your ants, as I can't find a functional pool?
Yea, but the Antminer S1's require a stratum server for solo-mining... I setup the server for a while now so I can solo-mine different sha-256 altcoins.

What about the KnC scrypt miner at 250MH/s, will not that get scrypt coins centralized?
I would more likely say that sha256 coins gets more decentralized and scrypt will be the same where we are today with sha256 even more and more when all are getting their own sha miner.

Jag hade 60+ BTC kvar där, safeade när det började verka för skakigt och fick ut en skvätt via bitcoinbuilder, men totalt blev det 30+BTC och 2k+EUR som frös inne för mig.
Dessutom hade jag 2kEUR till som dragits från kontot men som inte kommit fram till mitt konto (SEPA).
Jag har gjort withdraw så sent som i dec 2013 (SEPA) så jag tyckte mycket av skitkastandet på mtgox var överdrivet. De har alltid rett ut de få problem jag haft med överföringar som inte kommit fram så jag såg inte smällen komma...

Dom £2k deposits som inte kom fram till ditt saldo på MtGox, har du kollat med banken om reklamation. Om möjligt ligger de kvar i MtGox konton i Polen. Jag kollade med min bank men det kostar £60 att göra en sådan reklamation (dom skall tjäna pengar på allt). Dock i mitt fall så han pengarna komma in hos MtGox så jag tror inte en sådan reklamation hade spelat någon roll.
Var själv dålig på att läsa på om MtGox innan jag sålde mina BTC i oktober, jag läste att de haft problem men samtidigt läste man om alla andra exchange siter så var det massa ris om de också. Eftersom Kapition var körd så fanns det inget alternativ, har också för mig att det gick rätt snabbt att bli validerad hos MtGox.
Gott och höra från alla. Jag växlade in till fiat $ i oktober 2013 och försökte få dem överförda, växlade sedan över till £ för att göra SEPA överföring, det gick inte bätter det. Jag köpte lite BTC på rean för dessa så jag hade hälften/hälften ifall något skulle hända som det gjorde och ifall det finns en chans att få tillbaks fiat eller BTC.
Få se hur det slutar, förhoppning ligger ju på att alla minst får dela på de 200´BTC som "hittats"......

My first post on this forum
I'm mining for almoust a month now(started when dogecoin was "the coin" to mine).
I mined SPA from it's launch day and missed yesterday's pump(sold everything right after mining it. My plan was to have a small ROI), but after seeing the hype around SPA, i managed to buy back some coins.
My question as a noob: is the price going to rise?

Well look at mazacoin, pump and dump but they has pretty lots of things going on so I think mazacoin will increase it's value over time. If SPA has the same future, it's up to the ones who do the marketing...

right now the community is not big enough, therefore the value of Aph cannot get big enough to help the cypriots, because 25 Aph per cypriot cannot help due to a low value. do you have any suggestions to push Aph?
What would you guys think about it? We have the idea that anybody here in the forum who will support aph will get some aph from the premine and the residual amount of aph will be donated for something good for Cyprus. That could push the value because you all get some APH even without mining and trying to support as much as you can.
Now its up to you guys, whats your idea about it. We will collect your ideas and at the end the most ideas will be executed.
We could follow our idea or we try something different - what do you think about it?
It is just an idea to make this coin more successful and help this beautiful country. We will not make any decision without asking the community before! Let us know your thoughts...

Don't give away coins from the premine, it will only be like an devaluation and the value will drop. This coin and airdrop needs some more time, it has to go into more well knowned exchange sites to get it climbing. Maybe postpone the airdrop until this is done and also update the official website with explanations how this will be handled and the benifits for the cyprus people and so on, I mean more marketing is needed. It's also not important that the value must be significiant high on the drop, the coin should be alive longer than that.

Is it confirmed that there is an issue. In the wallet or code?
No stress yet...lets have it's build up. I think though it could be good to fix and update on the aph website, like the forum, etc.
