I think most bounty managers explicit place a disclaimer notice to the thread that they are only there as a paid agent and are different from the project team, they are not fully to be blamed as trust can easily be broken by project team

You made a good deal, a lot of persons were hoping for a 50$ ethereum which i said would never happen, the fall was short lived and it is gaining better momentum each day.I think it has bottomed out

Binnace is a great exchange, the volume of trade are the best and you usually have small spread which is a good thing if you intend sell your tokens on time. Hibtc is good also but it seem to be receiving a lot of hits from John McCafe. I have not had any issues with them though
