The Group of 6 is for the revitalization of our currency, it must not be seen as a synonym for centralisation, I will make part of all the groups that want to create something good and I will do my part to ensure the decentralization of the project. I am glad to announce the new Mooncoin ANN thread, replacing this one, started by our Mooncoin brother Heitor Messias from Brazil. When they listed MOON (around Feb 2020 I believe), 0.06 BTC was worth less than 600$ so pretty affordable and someone probably just paid this money to list MOON on Unnamed.
It was March 2021 (not February 2020) according the post below.
Unnamed is the only exchange for Moon at the moment where you can choose the most convenient pair (Cointopay's Reflextrader only btc pair) No one reported any coin loss issues. I am recovering all my coins.
what about Folgory instead? i think i lose all my coins. Many report like me to be unable to complete the kyc. Many have an account locked now. Apple deleted iOS app. What action can we take against?
What about Altilly , many have not recovered their coins or only half of their property.

Is perhaps Altilly.com stating that an email is a more valuable traceability system than the blockchain itself?
the refund procedure must satisfy the rightful owners directly as much as possible. Any transfer of the remaining coins to a dev team account is illegal and takes the form of 62b stolen coins. That would be a situation I would call cryptsy number 2.

I hope for Mooncoiners recover 100% of their coins if Mooncoiners to come together to take some collective action. Altilly is in a civilized nation, and there are immigrants on the team. Totally different from satowallet case, that the company was from a lawless nation.
I would like to also be included in class action and willing to chip in up to 500$ for this cause.
Altilly rejected my request, so I lost over 1.150B of Moon, doge, Ltc and Eth. I have sent my address which shows deposits of 500m. How can you prove trading activity and buying made on the market? This procedure does not help to recover our coins, it seems like a perfect exit scam. M.0sullivan does not respond. I can also help to promote a class action and in any case finding protection solutions by blocking the Altilly addresses hot and cold wallets.

The advice of my lawyers is not to touch the stolen coins until the conclusion of the class action in order not to commit a federal crime. I am the only one in the world who has the claim accepted by the Federal Court, perhaps due to the fact that I held 27,140B of Moon at Cryptsy exchange. I recently collected a third refund related to the Class Action against Coinbase / Cryptsy
If the class action is closed the coins can be burned without risk. Vasillis holds the coins in his personal safe and offline wallet. It is therefore necessary to verify that the class action is closed and convince Vassilis to burn the coins as per the will of the whole community. Paul Vernon CEO of Cryptsy destroyed the database Returning the coins to the court means an auction and big dump in the market (federal liquidators found at Cryptsy exchange 12b which were put up for auction and given cheaply to three speculators)

Are you sure it's a positive news? Some shady unknown exchange without any background comes out of nowhere and lists Mooncoin. What could go wrong?
Ok. I would prefer Poloniex, Bittrex and Binance. However, when an exchange add Moon without any request, it's not a negative news.

You’re absolutely right our official devs are very quiet, however they don't use this forum, but the Telegram Channel. I don't agree on the hype, out of here it's full, it's disgusting, however, to hear that Moon called s**t better comunity coin. It would be nice if here we discuss in a proactive way.

What happens to the original ANN thread?
Investors, devs, supporters, volunteers come and go, MOON ANN old started from MF is no longer active and it will remain in the history of Mooncoin.
There was one fair accusation , about the name 'Foundation'. There were really some plans about Foundation to defend rights of investors in 2015, but later we came to the conclusion that it would be better for a decentralised project if there are no companies/official entities behind it, that the community will decide things and not just a group of investors/old supporters. However, the ANN thread was already started. The name 'Foundation' turned out to be not good for a decentralised project, it led to perception that someone is a 'boss', or that there is some group which decides things, that was just a bias, anyway. Moreover, I was told several times that unknown users spoke on behalf of 'Foundation' at other channels. I confirm that I communicate only at Bitcointalk, and all messages, posts, announcements, made somewhere else under 'Mooncoin Foundation' are not mine, and were not authorised by me.
Also in 2015-2017 words 'Mooncoin Foundation' were used unofficially to unite members with more than 1 billion MOON, and that was great. But then old good times passed, and now it is important to be exact to avoid accusations, split of chain and community.
We discussed it with old community members, and we came to the conclusion that the best decision would be to start a new ANN thread, not under a name 'Mooncoin_Foundation', due to the fact that there is no official Foundation behind Mooncoin project. It will be better for perception, and will be a step to the future, it can symbolize a new era of Mooncoin .
In the new ANN thread let's keep true spirit of Mooncoin, let's stop personal attacks, avoid toxic emotions, untrue statements, suspicions and false accusations. Let's be positive and show best sides of our souls, to prove Moon shines not only for lunatics, but also for romantics and for everyone who believes in peace and progress.

■ Mooncoin is a classic decentralised open-source Proof-of-Work coin. There was no crowdsale/ICO. Mooncoin is a fair, mineable coin, launched in December, 2013.
■ It's strongly recommended to use paper wallets to keep large quantities of coins safely over long term. Generate 10-15 addresses on a safe offline machine and split your coins. It's the safest way to keep them.
■ Use a keystroke-encrypting app on your computer to thwart keylogging threats, also don't forget to protect your PC with a firewall!
■ Always backup your wallet! Keep your wallet.dat copy in a safe place!
Look for your wallet.dat file in
C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\Mooncoin
or in C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application data\Mooncoin (Windows XP),
your wallet.dat file = your coins, if you lose it or overwrite, you'll be not able to get an access to your coins.
If you don't see the dir with wallet.dat on your PC, then switch on 'show hidden files' in your PC settings.
■ Never keep large quantities of coins at exchanges!
In the past Mooncoin users have lost a lot of coins at exchanges.
Coinex.pw, Cryptsy.com, Coingather.com etc...
If you keep your coins at exchanges, you accept very huge risks!
■ It's strongly recommended to use paper wallets to keep large quantities of MOON safely.
Please use 10-15 paper wallets and never disclosure your private keys to anyone. Be careful when working with paper wallets and private keys! You can easily lose yourcoins by making a mistake, use it at your own risk.
