Function X is cross-chain
Function X will enable all sorts of data transmission on the blockchain. We have designed it to be a cross-chain architecture based on pBFT and PoS. Cross-chain, as the name implies, allows multiple chains to be part of Function X.

I still can't figure out how the voice is transmitted, it can't be a blockchain.There is an initiator account and a receiver account. The blockchain is a logical layer that identifies both subscribers and organizes encryption via the FXTP Protocol, and the blockchain does not store the traffic itself, but only partial data in the form of data blocks\transactions that initiate, in this case, a call. But no votes are stored there. And it is not transmitted through the network nodes, but through the 3G/Wi-Fi physical layer.This is the only way I can understand🤷♂️

Is it possible (or was it possible) to test and at least hold it in hands the phone somehow or somewhere before doing a pre-order? Or it is just a blind purchase?

Pre-orders are expected to open somewhere during Q4 2019. PundiX is planning to launch 5000 phones at first, each priced $599.I even missed "prototype" and almost asked how much the phone is worth. It sounds really interesting.

In f(x) OS, users are able to switch seamlessly between two modes. The blockchain mode allows a user to be connected to the blockchain - everything which you do in this mode like texting, calling, taking photos, browsing, etc. will be transmitted via the blockchain. In the traditional mode, it is like any other Android phone. Toggling between modes is as easy as swiping left and right on the screen. There are zero switch and lag times between blockchain and traditional modes.
