the deflation implementation sounds like the right way to go.
changing the name is somehow strange.
hodl is a now totally accepted algo. myriad, groestl, x11, equihash, those names are not better by any means.
i cannot understand what bittrex has to complain about. they have coins like thc, pot, gub, 1st, myst and so on.
what might be considered is a new logo. there had been some new designs posted here. maybe it should be more on the nut side than on ths squirrel side :-)

what definetely should be more defined is why people should have it. safety like inside a nutshell. keeping you away from trading losses and transaction fees are the key features in my opinion.
fast transaction speed and increased capacity should make it even more comfortable to use.

so call it a roadmap and we are good to go :-)

wallet is now in sync again on osx.
it took some time to sync, and i restarted once, because i thought it won't sync.
so just let it run in case you freak out as i did :-)

the hodl algorithm is allready mineable on nicehash. it is just not compatible with the pool atm.

any plans for the pool to add nicehash support?
last time i tried it didn't work because of the difficulty beeing too low.

optimisation is working out pretty well
i'm getting ~200h\s with my imac's i7 and ~150h/s with the mbp's i7
that's about 30% higher than on v2.0
sorting is great, but i am getting duplicates displayed in the hodlings section. the last found blocks tend to show up two to three times.

i withdraw all of my hodl coins sucessfully and locked them away.
i guess you just have to be patient.

yobit has been working fine for me. i had a doge deposit pending for two days but that was due to a wallet resync.
with hodl coin i never experienced any problems and i aquired quite some during the last months
