Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself

When gambling becomes an issue and a life problem then quitting gambling is not quitting your life it’s getting your life back! I personally can’t understand how people let themselves get to that point where they loose everything for a game. It’s supposed to be a fun activity not ruin life for it.
People lose everything for gambling because they become greedy, they want to have an easy money so they think that gambling can give them that or maybe others just want to gamble without them noticing that they become addicted already. There are a lot of reasons actually but it all boils down to money.

I think that would be better, atleast you tried to invest in bitcoin or other cryptocurrency instead of doing nothing because from that you can start the great future that you are dreaming for.

Few years from now you'll regret missing the chance when you had it. That's what I'm saying to all of my friends.
Same here! I've been telling my friends and family about buying bitcoin since last year and they all missed it but the market right now is down then its the right time to buy and take their second chance. I hope people around the world realize that before its too late for them.

Re: Gambling Addiction Stories!

So, I joined one of Bitcoin gambling website last year on September. It was the first time that I played gambling game such as dice and after that I used to play and I couldn't leave the website. Than after some months I found another gambling website called Stake and there also I couldn't levae beacuse there 12 different games. So, till now I'm playing both of these websites. I have been in love to play there because there are a lot of features such as provably fair, Jackpot and free faucet first of all!!! Grin
You sound to be having a good time with your gambling activity and not worried about getting addicted to it. Well there is nothing wrong in gambling anyways as long as you know how to handle it just make sure this will not make you broke or else you will regret knowing those sites.

Re: is ETH very cheap now?
by

on 04/07/2018, 16:08:13 UTC
Yes eth is very cheap right now compared to the last all time high so if you want to invest in eth then you can buy now but of course you have to put in mind that this is for long term hold since the market is not that stable as of this time and most of the coin is not really moving that well.

Re: What you should do when you lose most of money?
by

We cannot turn out to be a hit trader if we aren't knowledgeable trader. know-how is simply critical for us to come to be professional dealer. We need to work tough to acquire extra records for us to benefit more strategies and techniques.

In my own opinion, if they lose a huge amount of their coins then they should not stop trading because that loss will serve as a good experience in order to avoid wrong decisions in the future.
It will only be good if they will create a new ideas there to fix it and correct their mistakes. Not all who losses directly quit and some of them never stops but keep repeating what they do while some learn from every experience. That was the difference in wvery traders how they react on losing moneys.
For some who really can't learn from their mistake they turn as an investor and not a trader they prefer to hold their coins because this is effective to them. And for those who never stop studying trading then they turn to be a day trader and make profit each time they trade.

Re: Can you wait to prove them wrong about Bitcoin?
by
aishyoo17
on 04/07/2018, 14:35:44 UTC
I think a lot of people around us has told us that Bitcoin is a FAD or a SCAM or a Ponzi scheme.

Some of our closest relatives have told us to SELL before the BUBBLE will burst. {guess we hear that enough?}

The media is telling everyone that Bitcoin is the tool of criminals and terrorists and child pornographers and paedophiles.

Most of these people are not invested in Bitcoin, but it looks like they are looking for reasons to attack it.

How many of you want to prove them wrong? I sometimes look at these people and I think... WTF are you on about?

I seldom bring up the subject anymore, because everything coming out of their mouths are negative. The only time when they

are interested, is when the price hits a all time high. Then they want advice to invest in Bitcoin and when they buy at the ATH,

and the price drop with 10%, then they panic sell....lose money....blame Bitcoin. I am sooooo sick of this.

I hope we can finally prove them wrong in the near future, because this is definitely getting under my skin now.  Roll Eyes
For me I don't need to prove anything to everyone its just a waste time and energy I will just let them see me with my success in crypto and will make them regret with what they are thinking right now.

So is this applicable right?

Well if I have enough bitcoin I would love to share some I don't it will hurt me that much and its always been my passion to share to people specially those who are truly in need.

Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler?
by

on 03/07/2018, 18:12:44 UTC
I gamble once every few months with less than $50, so I don't feel shameful.
Well there is nothing shameful when you gamble as long as that $50 is from your own pocket and it's just an extra money to make yourself entertain. Be ashamed when you borrow money or you let yourself addicted in gambling.

Re: What's your trading strategy?
by

Tell us or me what your trading strategy is

I do small gains on large dips but that's a risky move, sometimes I climb the mountain when the price rises or when news opens up.

I'm curious what others do to gain money.
I only do the basic Buy Low Sell High but sometimes when I am in the mood to look at the chart of my favorite coin I try to study the chart and see if its about time for me to buy and wait for it to go up like 20 percent profit and then I take capital and just leave the profit.

Re: What do you feel when win in gambling?
by
aishyoo17
on 03/07/2018, 15:36:01 UTC
It's always a mixed emotions whenever I win in gambling because I seldom gamble and I don't expect to win everytime I do so if I get lucky and win I get that excitement like a child opening its gift. I know its a temporary happiness but I think there is no harm in enjoying sometime specially when you make money out of the entertainment you chose.

You are probably right with what you are saying but I lets face the truth that's how the market works and we cant expect everything to go up all the time because if it will then the drop will be more depressing. And remember everytime it will drop and hit the bottom then the come back will be bigger than the previous high so if you are not patient enough then crypto is not for you.

Re: How do I find the next big thing like Bitcoin?

on 03/07/2018, 14:17:47 UTC
Hello guys can we please share some  strategy on how to dictect some big trending coin early just like discovering bitcoin in 2014!!!
A lot has changed already in crypto world because there are so many altcoins to choose from and others lose their trust because of the pump and dump scenario so if you are looking for a coin that would give you a good profit then better chose those that are in the coinmarketcap top 10 list.

Re: Do you think Bitcoin Cash will take place of Bitcoin?
by
aishyoo17
on 03/07/2018, 13:12:43 UTC
I don't think Bitcoin Cash will take place of Bitcoin at all! And I don't see any coin can take over bitcoin's position in the crypto. Bitcoin is the king of all crypto and everyone who believed in bitcoin since day one will never leave bitcoin's legacy so no matter how others try to destroy bitcoin they will never succeed.

Re: War on cryptocurrency!
by

Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?
I don't think the governments is declaring war against cryptocurrencies what they are doing is protecting peoples money and they want to make sure that this new innovation will actually help the economy. And also they want to make the people who earns bitcoin to pay tax and since crypto is decentralize its going to be hard for them to track all of us who earns crypto not unless we declare it how much we really earn.

Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ?
by
aishyoo17
on 02/07/2018, 17:44:00 UTC
I just read one article that's about math can help you win at roulette game then i want ask with you all, did you believe math can affect to gambling games? i'm not expert in math so i don't know

this is the article that i readed.
http://theconversation.com/can-maths-help-you-win-at-roulette-69440

Since Gambling is by luck, there is not much of a difference if you know maths or not.
Maths is involved in gambling up to some extent because it plays its role in distribution of cards and in the middle of the game in different turns. However luck is the major thing which is involved in gambling besides which contributors are also present in which maths, experience and smart work also contributes to increase the chances of your winning.
I don't think maths will help us in winning the gambling if that is possible then most of the mathematics experts and professors will become millionaires by continuously winning in the gambling so nothing can make win us in gambling other than luck.
Exactly! Mathematics will somehow help a little but depends on what kind of game you are playing but overall winning in gambling is just a pure luck for me. If its not your day then you'll lose no matter how good your cards or your position in game.

Re: How to start investing with 1$?
by
aishyoo17
on 02/07/2018, 16:54:08 UTC
That capital of a $1 is so slow that it cannot be consider to get on board on a day trading. Also some ICO's have minimum value requirements for you to invest like $100 that is why it is very likely that you are investing on a wrong ICO and can be later a scam project.
I agreed with you. Although, the best time to invest a small capital in the crypto currency sphere is when the market is dump but the mention amount by the OP is too small to invest into cryptocurrency this days.
The past few weeks up to till now is the best time to invest in crypto but yeah the OP capital is very small and I don't think he can make a trade with it. Maybe atleast $100 would be a good start in crypto or he can get a job online that will pay him bitcoin.

Re: Best way to store Bitcoin safely ?
by
aishyoo17
on 02/07/2018, 15:24:06 UTC
Hi guys
I know this might sound like a newbie question, but Ive not had enough bitcoin to think about putting any in cold storage since Cryptsy ripped me off when they went down Sad
But just lately ive built myself back up a bit, and just need to check my understanding of a creating a cold wallet is correct ? This is what I think was the best way but im not sure Huh

1. Download latest BTC client
2. move to a pc not connected to the internet.
3. Create an address on that PC without internet.
4. Send fund to address created on PC with no internet access.
5. Save keys in safe place Smiley

Also I was wondering if there are any 100% safe third party wallets that enable quick access if needed ?

Sorry if my question has been covered many times, but I just don't want to make a big mistake.

Thanks
Rick
Basically, that is the best and simplest way to store your bitcoin but there are many method or ways to keep or store your bitcoin safely. Using of cold storage wallet will really help you to keep your bitcoin safe and secure because it is one of the most secure wallet. Cold storage wallet is best way to store your bitcoin in a safe place.
Yes cold storage is I think the number one safest way to store our bitcoin though its a little bit hassle if you want to do some trading because you need to withdraw it from your wallet to the exchange but its better safe than putting all your investment at risk.

Re: I wish I dump all the BTC in late DEC 2017
by
aishyoo17
on 02/07/2018, 14:42:39 UTC
what a year, wish I dump all the coin in late DEC lol

and today, spend the 100% from that capital and bought it again, so u still holding the same amount as late DEC while steady with the 900% profits..
You know that the market will not go up all the time so I guess you should have expected this to happen. The market will not favor you all the time and if you are in a hurry to get rich then maybe crypto is not for you because this is for the people who are long term and who believed in the technology behind it.

Re: market refresh or just a pump ?
by
aishyoo17
on 01/07/2018, 18:25:15 UTC
I think its just a pump but I'm hoping it continue more and maybe it starts of the recovery but its hard to conclude what is going to happen and the better things we can do right now is to hold and buy more.
we hope this is regular or health pump.it can see in daily candle that represent the power of buyer.maybe in august or september we will see higher price again for bitcoin and other crypto currency.
Everyone is waiting for the bull to come but I think it will take time for it to happen after almost everything made a bull run last year and even the start of this year so right now they are still consolidating and maybe with the bottom will be touched then that's the time whales and all of us start accumulate for the next bull.

Re: Gambling Excuses
by
aishyoo17
on 01/07/2018, 16:57:40 UTC
That's a big no-no. Gambling with another person's money is a great way to lose that person's trust and friendship.
If you didn't know when a person is addicted to gambling friendship doesn't matter to him, he cares more about making more and more profit and try to recover his loss. Borrowing money for gambling is literally the last thing a gambler should do and if he reaches such a stage the only way to remove him from gambling is by putting him in jail

C'mon! There are other options which are not so harsh as you've proposed. I have a friend who was an addicted gambler in the past and he asked for professional help and he was cured after 1 year of the therapy. Maybe not everyone can afford a professional help, but everyone can do it himself with lots of publications and videos available on the Internet. I know it's hard to do on that stage but it's possible, because what a professional therapist can do to our brain we can do as well because it's our brain after all.
Agree! Everything is just all in the mind so if someone is really determine to quit gambling then he/she can do it by himself. Though is going to be a tough battle but in the end you will succeed if you won't give up and look for inspiration and become motivated.
