But recent NWO events are starting to rise a red flag about your exchange in my head.
I would like to hear C-CEX point of view about the recent NWO story.

How do you get Clams with empty wallets? I thought you needed to actively have coins on the respective coin's blockchain?
You just need to have coins at the time of the blockchain snapshot.
It can be empty now, it does not matter.
By the way, I do not known which idiot would give away its wallet if it is eligible to Clams, that is like sending BTC away.

This coins does not have any POS implementation so no staking of coins here.

Otherwise I find the distribution idea quite original but it requires 2 important trusts:
1. You have not created tons of addresses for you before distribution
2. Exchanges and online wallets must cooperate in the distribution

We have already been in contact with Poloniex.com as well AGX.io.

You should also contact bittrex, they tend to add new coin very fast and it is a good exchange.
How does the payout occurs at kHashier ? There is no exchange accepting CLAM yet.
kHashier.com uses a unique form of payout, which accrues shares over the entire time miners mine at the pool.
At the moment, shares are accruing and coins from found blocks are being automatically dumped to exchanges to yield BTC.
Once CLAMS is listed on an exchange, buy orders will be placed for clams.
These clams will be distributed to the miners of the pool in direct proportion to the amount of "work" that miner has input into the pool.

I think HVC match them but it need an equivalent of 25 BTC at current price in HVC (~ 1100 kHVC at current price)

I am quite happy with the state of HVC right now. I am stocking coins with this low difficulty but also vote 1 to ensure the future.

a little word to you all, the reason for the success of blackcoin and the likes is because people don't put their orders above for a lazy profit. It dissuades the market makes it top heavy and makes you wait longer / never until cashing that. You see 100s of smart asses buy up and put a double up sell down oblivious to the fact when that happens the market will shake.

blackcoins multipool helps a lot, that's one of the reasons their price is doing so well.
BC Multipool only buys between 50-100BTC/day based on Twitter. Driving force on their price is strong community involvement, CoinKite adoption, PoS model, etc.
I would argue that in this current climate of tumbling coin prices that their multipool, by creating buy support, has essentially made their coin stand out as one which is bucking the downward trend, this in turn has attracted investors and those who feel its a safe store of value while everything else decreases.
The question for us then, would be why would miners mine on an HVC multipool if BC already has that niche filled? An HVC multipool would lose the efficiency of Hefty1, and decreases the network hashrate. If we go PoS, sure, multipool would be great. But buy support for a weaker network doesn't seem like it's a great idea.
Yes no point of doing a multipool it will only decrease security of the network.
What HVC need is to be accepted in services like prypto.

Do not change anything in block reward voting, the point of a pseudo-democratic coin like heavycoin is to let the miners decide.
Changing the block reward will be like cheating to me.
I hate coin changing reward just to keep the value from decreasing. Let the market (and the miners for heavycoin) decides !

Seems like someone has inserted a virus signature in the BTC blockchain.
I do not think it can execute or do anything but I am waiting for some confirmation before unlocking my wallet.
