I cannot imagine anyone ever loading a hundred grand onto any kind of account with the intention of selling the balance unless the money is stolen, laundered, or otherwise illegitimate. This of course assumes you are not entirely entirely lying about the existence of what you are selling, which may be the case.

This is most likely a fake auction. There are no proofs of an AWS account with that much money and I even doubt if AWS allows that many credits in one account at one time. I'm trying to add eti to metamask and when i try to add the token, it asks for the contract address of the token i want to add. On etherscan i only found ETI-P address, but when i add it can't find my tokens (34)

you need to install eIncMeta https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lghmfnfghfcjoblchpmlghkigcgakoag (similar to metamask but einc blockchain)
einc is same like ethereum both are blockchain
