2. ONCE THE SELLER COUNTER SIGNS THE CONTRACT AND RETURNS TO BUYER, THEN SELLER WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO MEET BUYER IN SELLER’S OFFICE FOR POC/POF .
3. ONCE BUYER CONFIRMS BTC , SELLER AND  BUYER TRAVEL TO SELLER’S BANK WITH THE SELLER’S BANKER PRESENT AS THE WITNESS , BUYER SENDS BANK WIRE PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1000 BITCOINS.
4. SELLER SENDS 1000 BITCOINS TO BUYER’S  WALLET AND UPON BUYER WAITING FOR 6 CONFIRMATIONS THE FIRST TRANCHE IS COMPLETED. FURTHER TRANCHES SCHEDULE WILL BE IN THE BTC CONTRACT.
5. IF FURTHER TRADES ARE REQUIRED THEN THE ABOVE PROCESS WILL BE REPEATED UNTIL BTC CONTRACT IS COMPLETED.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
1)   Seller sends a draft SPA. Within 24 hours, buyer will fill out with buyer´s required details, SIGN and return the SPA to the seller. Within 24 hours, seller will fill out all required details, SIGN and send back the SIGNED SPA on a PDF format.
2)   Proof of Funds/ Proof of coins:
•   The Buyer will send the current bank statement which is less than 3 days old with the required balance for the first tranche. Upon verification of POF the seller will show the readiness to proceed for the first tranche by sending a Satoshi test from his wallet to buyer´s wallet. The Seller’s source wallet must contain at least 1,000 BTC.
3)   Seller issues the invoice and buyer pays the agreed amount of BTC using Bank Wire, MT103 Cash Wire Transfer, or Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Then provide the official bank slip to the seller.
4)   Upon the confirmation of the seller´s designated bank of the confirmed clear receipt of payment to the seller, the seller will release the agreed amount of the BTC to the buyer´s wallet, and then the seller will send the screenshot to the buyer as proof showing that the BTC has been sent.
5)   Buyer has to wait until the six {6} confirmation has been achieved and the Bitcoin {BTC} is finally sitting in buyer´s receiving wallet. Buyer will make it known to the seller by providing the screenshot of the confirmed complete transfer.
6)   The commission must be paid by seller to the agents under the IMFPA listed in Annex C, which is included in this agreement.
7)   For additional tranches steps 3 – 7 will be repeated until the total volume is settled.
   Upon completion of the transaction, both parties sign the affidavit of successful settlement.

procedures (bank to bank):
1. btc contract signed by the buyer with current BANK statement , passport etc..

2.seller counter signs btc contract.

3.Buyer's bank sends email to seller with the btc address that buyer's bank will use for the transaction ,to receive satoshi for 1000 btc from seller's transacting wallet.

4.Seller sends satoshi to buyer's bank btc address,

5.Once buyer's bank confirm the satoshi , buyer's bank sends the bank wire for 1000 btc to the seller's receiving bank. For international wire payment 24 hours, seller bank confirms to seller the payment has been received.

6.Seller sends the 1000 btc to the buyer's bank btc address provided to the seller in the email received previously.

7.Upon 6 confirmations by the buyer's bank , the transaction is completed.

Note:  buyer will provide the tranche schedule that seller has agreed to  in the btc contract.

3. Buyer proceed to notify his bank and instruct the bank to wire the payment to attorney’s bank account to purchase the 500 bitcoins test tranche at market price minus the two percent discount.
4. Upon confirmation by seller’s bank of receiving the payment, the attorney will send 500 bitcoins to buyer’s personal bitcoin wallet.
5. Once the bitcoins have been verified and authenticated six confirmations the first tranche is complete.
6. After the first 500 bitcoin test tranche, second tranche can be increased between 1000 to 3000 bitcoins or agreed upon quantity.
7. The procedures stated herein will be repeated for each tranche until 10,000 bitcoin contract is completed.
