Re: What’s the most disgusting food you’ve eaten ?

Don't bag me beetroot by far and I never have tasted it. Don't bag me because I've never tasted it but I just can't go through with it because to me it looks and smells disgusting. Food that I have eaten but find disgusting is anchovies on pizzas or on anything.

I use my phone mostly for calls and text messages. When not at home I check my emails, sport scores, weather, current news, social media and occasionally have a bet or two also.

Re: Which coffee better?

Actually coffee is bad for our health. Tongue

Take any coffee with rich caffeine content to feel refresh in the morning but don't take any coffee after lunch it will affect your sleeping time.

That may be true but funnily for me I can have a coffee before bedtime and not affect my sleeping at all. I prefer one in the morning to get me going but also drink green tea. About 2 or three each most days. In moderation I believe it's fine it's those that are addicted to coffee that have say 10 plus cups a day may not be good long term.

Re: Best Free Movie Streaming Platforms in 2019
by

on 09/09/2020, 04:14:48 UTC
I know this is not steaming movies but with VPN and Utorrent I prefer to download movies and watch them when I want to instead of doing streaming. I open my VPN so to run it then for this I used Internet Explorer. The site I go to is http://www.rarbgto.org/torrents.php and get the torrents there. Download the torrent open your folder and click on the movie torrent and than press okay. Once the movie name is in Utorrent I close it and exit out of Utorrent. Do this until you are happy with the amount of movies you want.

Next is close the VPN and click Utorrent once VPN is closed and not running. Let it run Utorrent until your movies are downloaded and go to your folder and you can watch them when you like.

Re: Getting rid of ants

When I first started renting I noticed my landlord use to put talcum powder outside around all the units because he believed it gets rid of ants going inside your home or unit. It seemed to work and I do it about twice a year now and may once in every blue moon get a ant or two inside the house but that is no issue to me.

Re: How do you betting online ?
by
aldanstep1
on 09/09/2020, 03:37:17 UTC
Most of my bets a multi bets and most of them I have a banker or two in those bets such as what I believe will win will be in most of my multis. Having knowledge on what you are betting on does help but a lot does come down to luck and I see betting as fun and only bet what you can afford to lose. I bet also on fantasy sports such as draftstars as they are cheaper and also have lots of fun with them. I do go by stats and hunches but it's what happens on the day that really matters.

I have used Kaspersky for about 5 years straight on both my laptop and desktop but at times if felt like it slowed them down. I have since the end of last year tried BitDefender on them both and feel like there is less interruptions so prefer BitDefender out of the two.

Bitcoin is by far the most used Crypto Currency and most people would only know how to deal with Bitcoin only. For second most used but no where in the discussion as Bitcoin is Ethereum.

The money that you would use for mining would be better spent on buying Bitcoin and holding it as the cost of equipment and electricity isn't cheap. From what I hear mining has become harder because more people are mining and because of that less Bitcoins are found.

Re: BTC is Going to "DEAD....!" Need Discussion.....

no matter what the OP or others are saying about btc going to be dead, those of us believers will not be affected by such speculation. we know within ourselves, that this kind of statement has no basis. even if he is comparing those previous years. as others have said, he's only looking at the price level but not in the adoption facet of btc.
because if he even look at how btc is growing, how merchants are integrating crypto, how big companies are venturing in blockchain tech, he will not even think that btc is going to be dead...
very very far from it in my opinion!

I agree with you AmoreJaz,

From my perspective there is a limit of tokens that can be available with most of the cryptocurrencies. I read 21 million Bitcoins will be the limit of supply. Meaning a decrease of supply over time will happen with Bitcoin tokens and that will happen in the years after 2100. For now though Bitcoin is far from dead.

Nobody knows the future with Bitcoin but from reading many post here and elsewhere it seems those trading bitcoins are making money so while the price is not moving up as we would like those trading Bitcoins are making a profit. I am sure for them Bitcoin is well and truly alive.

Re: What is your favourite sport and why?

I like most sports and my favourite to watch is Australian rules football. To me as a spectator being at an AFL match there is nothing quite like it when it's your team playing. If I lived in the UK being at Anfield watching Liverpool play soccer would be right up there as the ultimate experience.

As for playing sport indoor soccer or indoor cricket would be my two favourites.
