An interesting idea of the project. They solve the problem of legalization of the crypto currency.
In those states where things are bad with the crypto currency, regulation is ahead ... this project is just right!
In white paper, this is described, you would have read at least. But I will simplify the task for you: a quote from a white paper "DESICO is registered in Lithuania, a European Union and Eurozone country and will operate within the regulatory legal framework of the Lithuanian Law of Crowdfunding and under the supervision of Bank of Lithuania (under the control of the European Central Bank). DESICO has already received support from the Ministry of Finance1 and has been acknowledged for its efforts in promoting ICO legalization".In those states where things are bad with the crypto currency, regulation is ahead ... this project is just right!

Is the preview Desico platform subject to any big changes or will it mostly look like it is now with maybe some small changes or upgrades in the future? It looks very good right now
In the words of our Chief Design Officer, Nico, this preview is ninety percent similar to the final version". There might be slight changes to include more functionality, but basically this how the platform should look like.
