In the meantime I will continue to screen record the whole exchange process, however I don't like that very much and would really prefer signed LoG.

I am wondering why nobody is writing a review for this exchanger. I have used it four times now always with 4 digit sums to exchange from BTC to another Crypto and it worked fine.

I am planning to use them more often in the future, however what I am missing somehow is some kind of signed letter of guarantee. For the unlikely case that I do not receive my exchanged funds back, how could I then proof that I have sent the funds to their correct wallet and that my recipient wallet did not get anything back fom them?

@exch.cc: Are you planning to provide signed letters of guarantee in the future o how would such a unlikely case be solved, I mean: how could I provide proof in the unlikely case of a dispute?

Before I read this thread yesterday I started mixing approx 10K USD BTC on their Onion URL. I received the mixed BTC today. The Onion URL works and I received a LoG with the original signing BTC address.

My loss from February (also approx 10K USD) has not yet been refunded by had confirmed the BTC source wallets via email so I hope the refund is only a matter of time.

Before mixing you should do two things:

1) Check if the letter of guarantee contains the original signing bitcoin address of Cryptomixer.io, which is 1CrypMixXWtTjYGCM5ZJmyQYP1Y39P7aLM

2) Verify the signed message (you can for example use this tool for the verification: https://tools.bitcoin.com/verify-message/)

Are you 100% sure, that you had used cryptomixer.io and NOT cryptomixer.com (fake clone)?
If yes, and as the clearnet URL of Cryptomixer.io went offline this morning again, this might indicate that there is again a traffic attack on the clearnet domain. But that's only my assumption.
