As IoT services start, the number of thing connected to the network is rapidly increasing. The increased number of thing incurs an increase in data traffic. In particular, with the advent of the concept of Wearable and Connected Car, data traffic is expected to surge in infotainment area.

Jason Jordan has 25 years experience in Computer Science, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, pretty impressive. Idea of providing affordable renewable energy products for residential and small business sounds interesting in our days, it should be popular in 2020.

I think i didn't see yet such an interesting blockchain structure that integrates a public blockchain with a private blockchain. Main thing it should work stable and without errors. Such a structure should work really fast.

The project had an AMA session on July 7, I like to participate in such sessions. I hope to get to the next one if she is. A good way to ask your questions and get a quick response from team members. This is useful for both project participants and the team.

"Royal Canadian Mounted Police, or RCMP, allege that fraudsters impersonated the local authorities in order to extort Bitcoin from their victims." - another example when you should not rush and trust everyone. Scammers are everywhere!

This is very cool, such courses are now very popular and it is good that more and more countries are adding them to their programs. This shows how cryptocurrencies are becoming popular and necessary throughout the world.

what security solutions do you use?
To offer the highest level of security to our clients, AAX has worked closely together with Kroll, a leading global provider of risk solutions that has advised governments, intelligence agencies and financial institutions for over 45 years.

AAX is compliant with CCSS, a widely recognized standard which outlines a multi-tiered security architecture covering hot and cold wallets, policies, procedures, and multi-sig authentication mechanisms to take all-critical actions.

A similarly rigorous approach is taken to the protection of client data. In addition to leveraging techniques across encryption, invisible watermarking, access controls, and maker-checker authorization systems, AAX also implements a stringent multilevel employee verification system in compliance with CCSS as
well as relevant data protection and privacy ordinances.
A serious approach to business, this is right on your part. People love security.

Re: CEO of Bank of America: “We Want a Cashless Society”

Bank of America (BAC) CEO Brian Moynihan embraced the digital money movement on Wednesday, saying his firm has “more to gain than anybody” from the booming trend of non-cash transactions.

“We want a cashless society,” Moynihan, who heads up the second largest U.S. bank, told attendees at Fortune’s Brainstorm Finance conference.

He pointed out that more than half of all money transactions are already processed electronically, with the rise of cryptocurrencies, and payment systems like PayPal (PYPL), Zelle, and digital wallets.

The banking sector has “already digitized,” Moynihan said on Wednesday. “The business has moved digitally and it will continue to move that way. It’s just figuring out how to add the value.”

Is this a hint that BAC is looking at crypto as not a competition but rather both ecosystems can exist together? Your thoughts.

Re: Can we officially consider Blockchain the new internet?

Impressive article that talks about Bitcoin and Blockchain as being the next generation of money and web. https://cryptotradernews.com/fintech/next-generation-global-economy-and-web-3-0/

Thoughts?

I feel like Bitcoin is definitely the next generation of money but I'm unsure as to whether Blockchain can be considered the new internet. Although there's no Bitcoin without Blockchain... lol help me out here
Do not think for one moment that the global economy is safe from entities who will try to manipulate and monopolize the market, but a new generation of internet and money is here.

First of all, I think it will be a great educational video that can explain much for newbies and secondly, this movie can push bitcoin's and altcoin's price reach the sky (don't perceive it literally). What do u think?

This is really cool, I’ll be happy to watch this movie when it comes. It will help beginners to understand the concept, and perhaps experienced traders will learn something new for themselves.

Re: The ugly side of Bitcoin
by
alexmcquee734
on 05/07/2019, 09:42:37 UTC
that is not the ugly side of "bitcoin", i would go as far as saying it has nothing to do with bitcoin. it is all about the ugly side of the electric producing companies that have been producing it inefficiently and with lots of pollutions. bitcoin is just using what is offered to it by them. we can't change everything. we have revolutionized the concept of currency from being centralized to being decentralized, you can't expect us to also revolutionize the electricity production too!
Power stations do not always use the most environmentally friendly ways to produce electricity. Yes, for mining bitcoins you need a lot of electricity, but this is how our world works. Almost all devices and even many vehicles now use only electricity.

The deputy governor of the Bank of Uganda has warned the public about the limited protections offered them when they invest in unregulated cryptocurrencies.
