how to set up miner and worker separately on each rig ? default is global, under web panel setings save miner on all rigs...

First specify Names for each rig.
Then in Red button options you need to use this text: $rigName
It will be replaced by rig name and send to each rig.
so if i have rigs:
saturn
mars
pluton

then after wiriting -s zcl.coinmine.pl:7007 -u tytanick.$rigName -p x
i will receive:
-s zcl.coinmine.pl:7007 -u tytanick.saturn -p x
-s zcl.coinmine.pl:7007 -u tytanick.mars -p x
-s zcl.coinmine.pl:7007 -u tytanick.pluton -p x

I have been using SMOS for months now I have 4 rigs, when I go to Ethermine.org to look at stats all my rigs are all under default name reported hash rate reflects only 1 rig, current hashrate and average hashrate will reflect the combined amount of all 4.

I so desperately want my rig name to show up individually, I want to monitor my rigs from work but I my company blocks Simplsmining.net and many sites but not Ethermine.org.

I have searched all over trying to get this $rigname thing down and working

I have tried several ways and each have not worked see below.... Cry Cry

-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us2.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal MYWALLET ADDRESS/$rigName -esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 -asm 1

-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us2.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal MYWALLET ADDRESS/myrig01 -esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 -asm 1

-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us2.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal MYWALLET ADDRESS.$rigName -esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 -asm 1

-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us2.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal MYWALLET ADDRESS.myrig01-esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 -asm 1

which is correct or where am I supposed to add all of my rig names with in setting and in what format...

Can someone help me out?

Alex

OK what version as I cannot get the current version of Claymore 5.3 to work for me at all

No matter what I put the PAGEFILE to I get the following error over and over

OpenCL error - cannot allocate big buffer for DAG.

any suggestion anyone???

Whats this Parity v1.3.0 and can you provide a link I am willing to try another miner...

thanks in advance....

Claymore's

What the name of this dual miner?

i want to recommend the dual mining ETH or ETC with SIA
This miner is best for the dual mining
If it can support Solo Mining with Parity 1.3.0
Maybe

ETC (solo) + SIA (pool)

It will maximize the profit

Question is one miner better than another when it comes to HAsh Rates?

I am trying to set this Claymore up but cant seem to get it squared (yes I have pagefile set to 25Gb min and 5Gb max)

Have used SGminer for X11 coins worked Fine
Cpu miner for X11 coins worked fine
Nicehash uses Genoil and it works fine but I want to keep my mined ETH not give away my power.

Any suggestions for ETH solo/pool mining or dual ETH mining with additional coin??

Thanks     Huh Huh

I feel as v5.3 version is not compatible with Parity v1.3.0 solo mining ?
It just return an error -32600 :

I have tested with ethminer (cpp version and genoil version), all working well.
I think, it is a problem with this miner
-or- maybe some kind of special option

I have tried 16, 25, 50gb Pagefiles also let windows set pagefile,  nothing works may need to look for alternative Miner when I get some time to research which would give the best HashRate if any over another.

any suggestions??? Huh Huh Huh

Ok so I did just that allowed windows to set what it wants as a pagefile and still have the same issues

I also have win 7 64
with 4x Windforce Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Drivers 16.7.3.

AAARGGHH!

set fixed pagefile, I have minimum 18GB, maximum 36GB.

win 7 pro x64 16 gigs ram here. windows sets whatever page file it wants. plus ubuntu 15.10 desktop, x64 4 gigs ram, and it does whatever it wants too. i have no idea what its swap is set at.

and it does work absolutely no problems here on both systems. just figured id toss that out here.

I've been mining a month and never had this issue before... Im running Win 10, 16 GB virtual memory, 4gb ram, claymore 5.2, 6x RX 480 8 GB, Drivers 16.7.2.
It's really bizarre!

I think this has impacted a lot of people. I'm using Alpereum for mining and I can see that about two hour sago the hashrate halved, same time when my issues began (12:57 CET)

I went and searched thru previous posts from users who are getting similar errors..

What I find is consistent is you must have 16mb Pagefile or more and at least 2mb on the video cards  (I have this correct)
I read several people tried running Catalyst 15.12, 14.9 and newer ver still end up with the same

Hello guys, I have a similar problem. I was mining fine but an hour ago I am now stuck in a Setting DAG Epoch loop between #68 and #69. What is going on? How do I fix this?

I read several people tried running Catalyst 15.12, 14.9 and newer ver still end up with the same error.

But no one has given a straight answer to whats causing it to  "not allocate big buffer for DAG" and how to fix.

I am sure the community has a solution...

Thanks for the help...but still does not work

I have no problems using NiceHash's GUI software I usually get 54.7mh/s...
wanted to try to use Claymore and focus on Eth for myself.

Reconfigured both the Start and config files, already have pagefile more than 16gb.

Re: GUIMiner-scrypt: A GUIMiner fork for mining scrypt chains

Hello

I want to start mining YOCOINS, similar to Litecoins. Can you give me some instruction on it and what setting I may need to adhere to ect. I am sure that more people will start asking as, YOCOIN has become a hot topic with several groups in Asia and now spreading to the U.S.

I would appreciate any info that will make this easy as I am new to mining.

Thank you

Looking to use my own rigs to mine YOCOIN at home. Already a member but want to take advantage of pool or solo mining on my own. Or to join a group in Orlando who is mining or wanting to mine using thier own rigs.

looking for any tutorials that are out yet or instructions, help of any kind? Please be kind and forward to me...

Or let me know what other alternative coin I can use to setup miner? Software, conf files, ect...

Hello everyone..

Not sure if I am posting in the correct area.

Forgive me if I am not..

But I have a question regarding Yocoin..

I have already joined but I would like to also mine using my own rigs.

I have looked all over the net on how to do so?

Can anyone give me some factual insight on this.

I am aware it is scrypt mining and also aware you can use such sites like mining rig rentals to do so.

But found out using such cloud ☁ mining for this coin is not profitable.

The best course is to mine 24hrs a day on your own rig.
Any ideas how to setup or possibly find another coin that is parallel to use as an example.
