Hi, Jvanname

How is this project going? I still think that this project will be a very promising one in the future.

The market also needs something new and interesting to attract new comers. Hahaha

Hope everything goes well!

I got the same problem...

I have one rx470 4g and one rx 580 8g with 550v psu.

550v gpu is not enough for my two cards?

my cpu is i5-5700 and I use cpu to mine other coins.

I think it is not easy to get the merits for new ones like me...

Is that possible to let people know this merits things?

I think many people do not know how to send their merits.

Hi all,

I'm working on a GPU miner.
I have a POC running for a few hours at 600 H/s on a Nvidia Tesla K80 (on AWS).

Do you think this a good rate ?

It is a very good rate...

which miner do you use? Could you share it to us?

we will pay you some coins. hahaha

Hi dev,

I think there is a bug in the official pool.

I have already been paid 858 coins but the official pool shows "totally paid: 88.5".

Hope you can fix this little bug.

My address is 4gtaahm717NeW9JFGeThxzL3YNmof3976yXEsGjoA9anA18L87t7YfB5H42wqBNbCbUkZHe24sZUZcp WBrGfSP3v. You can check it.

BTW, is that possible to enter password under the "no showing on screen" mode? It is wired that someone can see my password on my screen.

I am a Chinese. We can buy bitcoin by the OTC way.

You should know there are many miners in China. They need to sell their coins for paying electricity bill.

Could 51% attack really happen?
by
alexwolf011
on 27/01/2018, 05:32:09 UTC
I have seen many words related to 51% attack but I never knew which coin does really suffer it.

If someone really starts 51% attack, he/she will need huge hashpower and is hard to make profit?

So, is anyone know which coin ever suffers 51% attack?

For now, there are so many coins having very low hashrate. They are really in danger?

For example, infinitecoin (IFC) is an old coin and only has less 10Mh/s net hashrate (one L3 has 504Mh/s).

I get this when mining :
--> Hash rate: 37.479112761955 H/s
--> Updating mining info
Min DL: 100000

Is this normal or I should be seeing shares there ?

And no changes to my wallet.

It's normal. After while, you will gain your coins.

Check your status on aropool using your address.

Hope everything well guys.

What's the news about Nebula?

There are many projects coming...Hope we can do the best!
Am also very excited about this project.
There are more and more ideas about how Blockchain can help in the transition from the now dominant idea of just putting more and more transistors onto one chip to another way of doing it.
Am so excited, Moores Law is coming to an end and we are right here, living in interesting times.

Yeah, that's correct.

I am very glad that we meet the blockchain here.

Hope this next-generation project get the best!

It is a really novel idea and can change things.

Many coins are investigated by BTC holders.

Thus, it is reasonable that "BTC down" causes alt down.

USD enters crypto market through BTC because BTC is the most reliable coin.

Here is a new coin: Arionum (ARO) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2710248.0

It is CPU ONLY and based on php.

I think it has promising future.

Here is a new coin: Arionum (ARO).

This is the "CPU-ONLY" coin. It is a new coin, so you can mine some and keep them.

It's a novel coin based on PHP.

Re: Secureing the network...
by
alexwolf011
on 26/01/2018, 10:25:52 UTC
I am Seriously thinking about and considering buying a Antminer L3+ ASIC Miner to simply secure this coin for a few months, as this a scrypt based coin,
as the hash power alone on just 1 is more than enough to help IFC for a while, I don't care about the reward right now, so my question is if I acquire this Antminer, I will probably run this for around 6 months 24/7 just to see where this may go.

So some one please point me to the thread that explains the current mining setup to mine IFC.

I am thinking the same!

You guys can try to solo mine IFC. L3 has 504Mh/s, which is much better than 3Mh/s (current net hashrate of IFC).

Actually, you can test more things, because you dominate the IFC blockchain.

Really, I want to say to the IFC community: INCREASE NET HASHRATE!!! (3Mh/s is toooooo LOW).

so if i have correctly checked, transaction free is 0.25%, which means if i transfer 10,000 ARO, i need to 25 ARO as fee?

Also, currently its CPU only coin, but what is the future plan, will it move to GPU/ASIC?
Is it an anonymous coin? If yes, how it compares to Monero or Zcash.

0.25% fee is correct. 10,000 ARO needs 25 ARO as fees.

This coin can be mined by gpu. However, using gpu is much worse than using cpu to mine it.

This is a "cpu only" coin, so I think it will not consider GPU/ASIC.

"CPU-only" means that we want many people to have ability to mine (profitable) the coin, which will help distribute coins better.

Mining works for me. I have already gained 130 coins for 36 hours.

My hashrate is around 30h/s.

It maybe helpful for new miners.

What is your setup?

Just run auto-miner. My cpu is i5-7500 3.4Ghz.

8 GB ram 64-bit system win 10.

Because my cpu only has 4 cores, I just run auto-miner once.

For those of you wondering about a good amount for Proof of Stake try www.sigilcalculator.com
So far this works, i got my POS coins roughly at same amounts/time Smiley

How many coins do you have?

I only have 200 coins and I think it's hard for me to obtain the POS coins...
i have less than 200

Bad luck for me...

What are your coin days?
