You must request for increase limit in region and spec you want by contacting AWS in Support Center.
My code doesn't affect your account for create specific spec of vps.
So if you have new account you must contact aws first for increase your limit.

It depends on your account status.
In default , your AWS account only supported create VPS in 2 region. But you can request for lift the limit by contacting AWS Support.
Codes can be used in EC2 for create instances/vps , i've already tried it and works perfectly for create 2core 4GB RAM instances.

I have bought the method, and already try it.
It's really works , Tutorial is very easy to understand (even there's no picture in the method).
It takes 5-15 mins to create it. After you get confirmation email , you must wait to chancellor's to accept your application. I have try it 2 times and it takes 15-30min to application get accepted by the college.
And this method is very cheap i think , you must up the price because most of people here selling this edu for $2-$3.
The only problems is this edu doesn't support Github Student Pack , but it works perfectly for google drive unlimited storage and amazon prime .
