if everyone who bought has half a brain and refuses to sell under the IPO price, it wont go under the IPO price!!! Simples!

Anyone who sells under IPO price in the first days of trading should think about other profession than trading.
Manipulation can occur, but it can be easily stopped if no one sells !
Let's say a "whale" buys in IPO and tries to push price down, all you need to do is buy those dumps... they will run out of coins and it will take him a brief moment to understand that he is gonna be in huge loss.
Than the only thing he can do is drive the price up with all his means.
It's you, the investor, who decide if a manipulation scheme will work out or not.

ICO is now closed. The final price per CRAIG is 0.00001443932281600 ... We have converted everyone's ICO purchase to the actual number of CRAIGs at this point. Trading will open once we have verified all escrow terms.

The whitepaper makes less and less sense - 5 of the 8 ages are directed towards volatility calculation - fine enough, what is the purpose of tracking volatility? It talks about VCTIE - " automatic bot trading based on VLTY values"? Trading what exactly? Why will Volatitily coin even track the volatility in the market? Is the bitcoin collected used to hold/trade the coins? If not, how will it act as a share? What is backing the volatility coin other than "it should track".

Chinas crypto policies are going to have less and less effect on the market as time goes by.
To be honest, it's stance on alternative currencies doesn't surprise anyone.
I believe we've passed the stage of it's policies casting significant doubt on investors.
