I don't think Luna will be able to recover it's price because it has been dumped hard and went to almost zero. So from that price it's almost impossible to recover as many users brought it from the deep. Again team isn't taking any action to recover some of its price. So we should far away from this project.

It's very confusing to choose a project legit or not but it's not impossible. You should research their white paper and website properly if they are promising and team has good reputation then it might be a legit project. If any project launch their product by copying others and generate fake community member then it might be scam so research deeply then avoid that projects which seems to be a scam.

You must be a jr member or higher to hear signature and you are a jr member so you can wear signature. Then if you want to promote a signature campaign you must follow the rules of the signature campaign. Then you have to post some on weekly basis so you must post in this forum according to the rules. If you copy paste or post something that doesn't make any sense then you might have problems. So always real forum rules, board rules and also real campaign rules to wear and promote through signature.

Looks like it's a made story by you because no one will be confused if his kid get kidnapped and the kidnapper demand money and the money you have. In this situation everyone will sell his Bitcoin if he has the amount.Because you can earn money back again but you may not get your kid safely if your kid gets kidnapped. Now a days my favorite altcoins are Arbitrum, Ethereum and BNB. Because they are doing good in this bear market. They are giving their investors a decent amount of profit and investing on they also have a lower risk than any other altcoins. I choose BNB and Arbitrum the most and invested on them.

Bear market will not be like the past history as crypto is getting popular day by day and investors are increasing. So we can say bear market is the best time to build portfolio and also it will not go too dip like 2018 if we don't face any bad news.

Crypto adoption is happening rapidly and I think there is a very little chance to be restricted crypto worldwide. Either Crypto will be more popular and Cex exchanges will be more trusted in future. If accidentally Cex exchanges exits then Dex exchanges should develop more by adding good features otherwise it will be a very backdated experience to continue with only dex exchanges.

Hope you already got your answer and from myself I would suggest to invest in Bitcoin when it's very cheap. If you choose other than Bitcoin then always choose the top ranked altcoins like Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple etc. But the best will be investing in Bitcoin and holding it.

In terms of long term holding I would prefer to hold by staking. Because that will generate you a decent APY and also your holding will be safe. But you should not choose stablecoins for holding that will not give you good return. You may go for good projects like huge potential for the future.
