Finally, I cancel my 46 LTC withdraw request and divide it for 10 small withdraws.
After 2 days I withdraw all amount, and pay fee 10 times.
Support don't reply me at ticket and email. So, I don't recommend use this casino for paying, because client service very low.

Because it does not appear that Lightlord now has health problems:

Maybe another issue of empty hot wallet again because that was the recent issue you have a choice to wait for another 48 hours that's enough time to get answers from support, you'll also have an option to post this in the scam section just make sure that you also posted screenshots of transactions pending withdrawals and of course your created ticket so you'll accusations will stand.
I have find a lot of topics about BITVEST on bitcointalk. Can you give me a link where I need post screenshoots?
