Looking for BTC

The card balance is $60.  For now I only want the equivalent of that.  I would have to have a discussion with somebody before considering to allow them to reload a card over the long-term in my happenstance.

I thought that people would be more comfortable with PayPal it can be reversed if there is any problem.  Let me know if you are interested in using BTC instead.

Assuming all things are done correctly or with a bit of pinache, are there any legal issues when trading bank accounts for BTC or PayPal?
