Hmm funny I did some experiments with that Bitcoin Clash Daemon but it seems the oversize Block doesn't get accepted on the abc daemon as well...

Bcc forked at wrong block. No full mempool.
That means their code is faulty and will continue to fork
or they did some offline trick to make "orphan" to continue their own chain.
Trick or fail, that can be only solved after their first block.
Is that true?

Guys, help pls. How do i aquire my BCC now ? I did this:
1. Copied my private key of main btc wallet.
2. Downloaded Electrum Cash wallet
3. Waited for fork to happen, then transfered all my btc to safe address.
4. Tried import private key from step 1 into Electurm Cash but failed "No input found"
5. Then i tried entering seed of main btc wallet into Electrum Cash and got into wallet, but balance after my transfer at step 3 is zero bcc.
?!??!?

No sign of the first block is there? just another day in paradise.....
Coin dance says no block yet....
The block might not even come today due to the low hashrate on the Cash network. Sure, they change difficulty downwards, but I think it'll be a while until they get anything.Coin dance says no block yet....
Regardless of their hashrate, every block mined since the fork point has been <700KB in size, and their 1st block after the split MUST be >1MB by their own rules. It could be a while even if they have plenty of hash power.
But both are two different chains by now so even if there's not enough transactions in Bitcoin, people wanting to move their BCH would probably amount to much more than 1MB in BCH chain.

They have no control of btc-e wallets..
Are you suggesting that some person other than the remaining admins does each and every wallet transaction? Sounds like BS to me, it would be automated. There may be some cold wallets with reserves out of their control, but it's the hot wallets that matter to run the exchange.
