Government’s can crackdown on a specific project as like they can block IP's or URL's in a project, but there also solution if you will use VPN. They can shutdown for a individual project and it’s happened in many counties but they can't totally stopped crypto. And governments will never crackdown specially decentralised project, they can only controlled centralized project if they want.

Not sure still got some plenty of loses from the last major dump. But its good that its recovering now. Yes there are gains but still in loss due to bigger dump after the bull run. I think the only way to recover is to experience again another great bull season in order to regain everything back. But took some profits last bull run anyway. Thats a big lesson learned for everyone to take profits when its still in pretty good shape.

Referral system is an awesome tool for scam busting imho.
Usually when some "influencer" or "market leader" comes to me with an "interesting offer", i offer them referral.
Get X for every person that goes through your referal. In 99% of the time, they refuse because guess what, they're trying to scam you.
It would be similar with bounty hunters, because lets face it, a typical bounty hunter's outreach is maybe 5 people, regardless what his 15k+ twitter accounts says.

It's not that hard now to refer ,even you don't know a person personally you can also invite them and join under you. There are many groups already in facebook and telegram channel that you can use to make your affiliate link seen by many people.

Just make it sure that you are adverting on both crypto and traditional market place since your product is based on games,books and other essentials.
If price are that low or better compared to others then you might get some attention.

But if you only have a specific area of operation, you need to run a bounty that's targetting the geographical location as exact as your operation. IMHO, just stick to the referral program even without having your own token. I think it's not necessary at all.
