Miscellaneous:
Abusing many bounties with their alts.

It may not be the case because you can write any name in the blog spreadsheets. Signature campaign is a different story.
Now scammers are using profiles of other accounts in the blog campaigns, they can even take the names from this topic page. They will use a new address for every submission. The real owners of these accounts do not even know that their names are used somewhere, I have seen this loads of times. They choose 1-2 month inactive accounts quite often, like some from your list. The only solution is to force everyone who is participating in campaigns to publish their addresses in the profile, or any account should send a PM to bounty manager to be accepted. Bounty manager Sylon has this in his campaigns.

Do you see that the ones you have caught have a signature + 1-2 blogs combination? So, looks like in your list the scammers are the ones who were participating in signature campaigns, they have added random users with their sig addresses to blog campaigns. Check their post history, they are completely random people.

The funny thing is that some of these accounts with more than 50 blogs belong to 1 person and they were accepted. These accounts send bounties to one wallet.
