Never heard of you, who are you and what did you do that you figured warranted such a...heartfelt...apology.
The scene and the people in it change rapidly.
I've never been any level of celebrity on this forum (nor the scene as a whole) and I'm not expecting "everyone" to know me. I don't know you either so...

The point is, those who do know me (and especially those who might have something to say) will notice the account is active again, hopefully finding their way to this thread eventually.
I was very active in developing things such as backup communication channels for block chain transfer, privacy & security enhancements, taking over several dumped coins and so forth.
I was only away for less than a year, and when I recently came back I noticed that the same general problems still persist; "no block source available" is
the most common of them (and I had a cure for that for a while), and it's also still very typical that currency X is still working but there is no maintenance of any kind, no updates even to the most severe security issues etc.
What I will be doing (again) is locating and saving dumped currencies that hold certain kind of potential - or ones that I just happen to like.
I'll also probably end up providing extremely secure and private server space to crypto related projects, although that will have to wait until everything is set up hardware wise. Last time I paid myself to bankruptcy by investing in too high quality connections too early.
